Have a friend that bought a collection about 2 months ago he bought over 1200 kits. He brought about half of them to the KAMS contest and swapmeet in April He had 6 of those Sunbeams at the show The night before when we were setting up all 6 were sold to 2 other vendors before any body else got a look.

I like Testors One coats and Modelmasters lacquers for the bodies.Most of the Time I use Either Duplicolor Or HOK paints. For the Interiors and chassis I usually use testors bottle paint. Tried Tamita paints a couple times threw them away as I got terrible results from the can. I did try decanting them and shot through my airbrush and still didn't like the results. Have gotten better results From Testors Rattle can enamels.

I wouldn't give more than $5 For that or that fancy electric car that was posted last week.They need to call this thing the Joke R

If it is enamel I wouldn't use any thing stronger than the Testors,Modelmasters, or Tamiya clears. As they may be to hot. Auotomotive Lacquers would make the enamels wrinkle. Those other brands are a pretty week lacquer paint. Eurothanes you shouldn't have any problems. I would defently test it before I shot the model so you don't ruin a paint job.

Only 3 i will probably get a dozen myself and if they do any variations will get a bunch of those as well.

As of midnight last night my local radio station said that there were over 103 Tornados spotted in Here in Kansas yesterday. Was up till way past two in the morning with the weather here. Luckily none were not around here.

Don't have anything but a desktop and a laptop to do anything with the internet.I'm a little bit old fashoned as the cel phone should be used as that. A phone to make calls. Could care less about all that other stuff.

It wasn't at a hobby shop but i was at a swap and one kid was buying model. When I was leaving his mom and dad were helping him load up his trophies he won an the 20 or so kits that he had bought. Tjey said he paid for ir all and enjoed doing models over video games. He was around 14 years old.

After looking at my pictures I noticed the front piece of chrome under the hood was missing. It fell off yesterday going to the show and i didn't notice till today. So here is the front with it in place.

Who cares if the SA comes out on time if they would write good articles it might be worth buying!! Haven't seen A good mag from SA in over 2 years!!!! Glad i Haven't bought any SA in that last 2 years as I would have had to use them to start my woodburner!

They put a modern looking ones in that kit to look like the 1:1 they tried to do with make the kit look like.

I use the pipettes and the dose cups that way if the paint says 4 to 1 mixing ratio I can put 1/4 once of the thinner in one dose cup and then 1 once in the other. the pipettes are just to transfer the 2 componets out of the can or bottle they are stored in. Most of the time though I just mix the paint to a milk consistency.
