  1. Afraid of the dark I was as a wee child.
  2. I don’t think these cars were ever offered with a big block much less the kit? It IS apparently possible to stuff a big block in there, but it will be tight.? Likely some fab work involved. Here is an example: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/61376-66-nova-pro-or-touring/
  3. No parts were missing on mine. A couple of things to watch out for on this kit. 1) There can be interference between the interior tub and windshield/cowl area, so test fit the parts. 2) The front subframe and engine assembly is easier to install as a unit after the interior and floorpan are installed into the body. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/133121-amt-70-12-camaro/page/2/#comment-2381071 Greg.

  12. Car manufacturers and dealers are all in cahoots.
  13. Very well done all round. It looks like the owner took it to Maaco for a quickie paint job.?

  16. Here’s a shot of some interior details if it helps??
  17. This will probably annoy you, but…Yes, stick with it. I quit in the late 80’s when they were $5 a pack at 7-11. Now they are like $15 a pack.? Focus on all the money you’ll save! You can buy all the models you could possibly build or even a real one after a while.
  18. Beautiful work Claude!? Maybe you should get a patent for a 1:1 model before someone steals the design.?
  19. Situation critical, oh oh oh it’s critical…
  20. Nights spent at the model bench can make one very tired in the morning.
  21. Cool! I used frost shields the first winter or two on my Willys. Then I discovered that if I just cracked the vent windows slightly the side windows would not frost up.?
  22. Not a factory item but….frost shields.? A bit of history: http://westenddumplings.blogspot.com/2013/01/remembering-car-window-frost-shield.html
