Sweet looking old Chevy Bob!?

Excellent looking build Mario. These are actually my favourite of the tri fives, even though I think the’55 has cleaner lines. My Dad had one that he retired before I was old enough to drive and it was sitting in the bush on our farm. I’m working on one now….thanks for the inspiration.

Clue is a game that I played as a youngster, and it was eventually made into a movie that I never did see, but I liked googling Miss Scarlett!

Rattle can "glop" leakage
NOBLNG replied to plasticprime's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
That’s what I was wondering about. How do you know if you need to add clear? Make a judgment call on consistency or do a test spray I guess?? -
Grabbed these two pics off the Camaro forum. First one shows a vacuum advance tube I believe, and the second one shows a connection for the brake booster.

Rattle can "glop" leakage
NOBLNG replied to plasticprime's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
It won’t blow up because it is slowly losing pressure. If it loses enough it just won’t spray. I have one Testors can that is leaking like that. Whether the remaining paint is viable to use in an airbrush with the diminished amount of carrier I won’t know for sure till I try it.? Maybe someone on here has tried airbrushing some leakers? -

Revell ‘56 Del Ray 2’N1 kit fitment Issue.
NOBLNG replied to NOBLNG's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Thanks David. I believe I have a small amount of body warpage that prevents the cowl curvature from matching the firewall…a minor thing. Making the cowl conform brings the top of the interior door panels level with the window openings. Edit: I figured it out.? I had the entire floor pan/frame too far back. I had the fender well section attached to the frame tucked in behind the body mount attached to the firewall. DOH!!!? Now I feel stupid.?
