  1. Fantastic! i am doing the same thing right now (off and on again?). I am keeping the body mostly stock ‘cause I like it and I wasn’t sure how to modify it nicely. Yours looks great! ? My thread: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/176915-sve-t-bird/
  2. Sweet! Nice looking oldies.?
  3. Amazing! Your knowledge of what kit parts to meld and how to do it I think is awesome. I’m sure having a plethora of kits to bash helps a lot.? And I for one appreciate your step by step photos and explanations too. Thanks!?
  4. Wow! Excellent work. Your leather seats look perfect. I for one, find your OCD to be inspiring! I just love zooming in on your photos and scrolling around to look at all the little details that make this build outstanding. Carry on Kurt!?
  5. Looks nice! Way to get that power to the ground!?
  6. That looks great Jason!? It takes me more than 24 hours to decide on what colour to go with.?
  7. ??
  8. That is a really good looking Mustang!? I think the colour looks great on it. You need a really fine set of tweezers for removing the excess BMF I’ve found.
  9. Ya wouldn’t want to drive that around San Francisco.?
  10. Quickly is NOT how I am capable of building.
  11. Nice work! I too enjoyed the Munsters as a kid.?
  12. Thats what I think. The OP pm’d me asking for my idea. I encouraged them to introduce themselves and to not be offended by members having a little fun. Also to give us a little hint as to what interests them. No further response though.?
  13. Looking good James. You could file a couple of small semi-elliptic reliefs in that panel to clear the exhausts. Might give it a more custom look??
  14. This is Spaz Stix solid red and Testors clear lacquer….but a test is always best.
  15. Build to please yourself first and not others.
  16. I would like to acknowledge folks who respond to a build that I post to show my appreciation. Is it ok to quote a whole bunch of responses (so that they are notified) and then reply to the group as a whole. Or are all those quotes just annoying to later viewers of the thread? I will definitely quote if I have a reply to a members comment. I will admit I am not sure what is the proper etiquette. Thanks. Edit: When I reply in someone else’s thread I definitely delete pics that are not relevant to my response.
  17. Thank You all very much. Being my first white paint job, I think it turned out pretty decent. I sure like those Tamiya LP paints.? The Mr. Hobby UV cut clear is NOT for use over decals they say, but I did a spoon test with the leftover decals and it did not wreck them so I went with it. I am still kicking my butt for missing the chrome trim on the seats.?
  18. Awesome! There’s just no limits in this hobby.?
  19. Fabulous work you’re doing here Bruce! I have no experience with MFH kits and don’t want any.? I prefer to get my foreign and exotic thrills vicariously and your build is doing it for me.? Carry on Brudda!?
  20. Choice cuts of meat can be very tasty.
  21. Really nice looking convertible!?
  22. Well done! Great looking Mustang.?
  23. Nice job Mike! It looks great. ?
  24. I think therefore I am.
