Stuffed peppers using my new Aldi’s Insta pot. It was on sale marked down from $59 to $39. So I figured I’d give it a try. A new learning curve.

Is there clear plastic in these kits

That came out really nice. I don't care about hi jacking as you learn by the examples that are shown. -

OK. Thank you for letting me know. Did you make your own? -
That’s really cold Dan. Can’t imagine a day where it didn’t get above zero.

The 50’s and 60’s turned out a lot of wonderful looking cars. They all had their own distinct look. Now days a Hyundai looks like a Mercedes SUV or visa versa.

If I see this at the local shops in the future. I’ll buy another but didn’t want to miss out just in case.

Yikes! What would the wind chill be then?

If you're building a kit and have a spare piece that you can paint. Use the Pledge on that first and let it sit a few weeks. I've had painted cars that were fine. And other that the polish crazed. Not the paint. But it has to be a reaction to the paint. Maybe I didn't wait long enough to let the paint air out? I haven't tried washing it off yet but I know your builds are better than mine and thought I'd give you a warning. I should wash mine just to see if it comes off as easy as I was told it would. It does make the color molded kits bodies pop. I've had some people say nice paint job and all it did was Pledge it. :-) Oh. And it's now Pledge "Revive It" floor gloss. At least where I'm located.

I didn't know Arizona got snow. Is it unusual?

Can't believe it but this just arrived. I saw an email saying it was just delivered. Can't believe the mailman got out of his truck to put it between the doors in this storm. He should have waited until tomorrow. In fact. I can't believe he's delivering mail today. I bit the bullet and bought it online. I've been calling the local hobby shops and they keep saying they can't order it. Takes me back to when I built one as a kid.

We're all having a day of it in one way or another. I've never seen the wind this strong here. A constant roaring and the siding is dribbling. Hope the siding and shingles stay put. Too funny about the beer cans Tom. If they were full it might have been another story.

Windy as all get out here today and only in the 20's. They said 40 - 50 mPH winds with gusts to 60 and 70 mph. The windchill has to be brutal. Was standing at the back deck door and all of a sudden the grill flew to just the edge of the deck. Grabbed my coat and secured that baby down. Driveway is a 3 foot drift now but no sense in clearing it until the winds die down. Ben is anxious to go out and play "Chuck It" but not now. So how are the rest of you doing?
