I can't even imagine what it was like. And to think if you did survive. You have no place to go. I did see on the news where this guy and his daughter filled an RV with supplies and will be donating everything, Including the RV. And he has plans to do this again with another RV. Some really amazing people out there. Which got me thinking about FEMA. Here in upstate NYS when we had the devastating floods a few years back. FEMA brought in trailers for people to stay in. What happen to them?

I made a huge pot of turkey vegetable soup from the carcass of the Thanksgiving Turkey on Friday. Made about 5 gallons. Been having it every night since because I have no freezer space left. Gave some to a neighbor. Still enough for a week. Last night I added a cube steak sandwich just to change it up a bit. LOL

My heart goes out to you and your family Brian. Along with all the other families who have lost everything because of these fires. It's hard to imagine. Hoping you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I like the Opel.

I have had a few doctors leave because they were connected to a hospital. Usually before they would leave I would see them. I would ask them why they are leaving and the answer was usually they were not making their daily patient quotas. It went from the doctors caring for their patients to the almighty dollar because the hospital joined the Ascension Group. Although a called a so called non profit. Someone is benefitting from this group. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ascension_(company)

Tonights dinner is really breakfast. Home made egg McMuffins with sliced peaches and cottage cheese on the side. Sometime you have to mix meals up.

I don't have the lower station. But another forum member told me they had one as a kid. You would hook the hose to the car and fill it up with Gas (water). Then the part on the right is where you would put the car. Push the back button and empty the Gas (water).

Thanks Joe. As far as I know. That’s the last show for this year. With winter coming. I will have more than enough to keep me busy. Some one did mention there was a model car group in East Greenbush, NY but I haven’t found any info. Syracuse and Binghamton is as far as I want to go. I was told about a 3 day event in the Boston area but that’s too far. And there were about 4 more of that Nomad kit there Joe.

I went to an estate sale Saturday and bought this. Do any forum members remember this from their childhood? I've done some research but came up empty so far. I'm thinking I could place these cars in it.

I had mine out a couple years ago. The pain was so intense I would have gone through anything to get it removed. Glad you are on the mend.

I got these today. Ertl car trailer. Dinky Classic British Sports Cars, series 2. And a toy service station. The station is not big enough for 1/25 models. But 1/43 will work fine. Tomorrow the Fulton New York model car show and swap.
