  1. Aoshima kit. Testors Color Shift enamel Purple Fog. Carbon fiber decals on the ground effects are from Scale Motorsports. Applying them nearly got the better of me and they’re not perfect by any stretch, but I feel like my patience won the battle. I can’t say enough about the color shift paint. I love the look. Pictures, however, do not do it justice (at least, when I take them). With the naked eye it’s pretty doggone cool. I wish Testors offered it in more flavors. JDM stuff is really not my forté. I needed something different to break the monotony, so any and all comments, questions and critiques are welcome. As always, thanks for looking.
  2. Love em!!
  3. Really sharp Mopar!
  4. Two Darts, two bullseyes! The fresh-from-the-factory look of the Hemi is perfect. Glad to see one done in such a manner.

Gnarly exhaust. It looks loud! Great hot rod.
  13. 2 true beauties there. The steel wheels and caps on the Galaxie look awesome. Fantastic paint finish on both too.
  14. Very nice. Cleanly built. Great job on the wheels too.
  15. “Daddy ran the whiskey in a big block Dodge He bought it at an auction at the Mason’s lodge” Steve Earle, Copperhead Road
  16. Many thanks for the kind comments thus far. I just realized that the air cleaner cover decal has gone MIA. Points well taken, Bob. Lately I’ve been removing that pesky radiator mold line on my builds, but I certainly did miss it on this one. Moving forward I fully intend to fab up alternator (and occasional power steering pump) brackets. I recently built 2 different kits that provided them and ever since, I cannot unsee the “floating” alternator. Too bad indeed.
  17. Your builds never disappoint. But this son of a gun is flawless!!
  18. Really sharp customizing job. Beautiful paint work.
  19. Rough and rugged! Fantastic weathering.
  20. Very nice, clean build! Looks like it means business.
  21. Other than a wired distributor and BMF she’s straight outta the Revell box. MM Nassau Blue w/ MM Ultragloss clear. Overall, a pretty nice kit, I thought. Comments, tips, pointers and questions as always, are welcome. Thanks for looking.
  22. Molly Ringwald would certainly approve (Pretty in Pink). Nicely done!
  23. Beautiful. Great color combination. Never been a big fan of the continental set up but it looks at home on that big ole Buick.
  24. Fine looking Mopar! Nice job on those windows.
  25. Stunning in black! Really nice build.
