Excellent build, I remember his 2002 Busch crash very well. he did it under caution and the just turned left and he got t-boned by Larry Foyt.

this was my only build of the year. this is Revell's 1941 Chevy Truck. flipped the front axle to get it lowered. replaced the kits straight six with the Caddie V8 from the Revell 49 Mercury. the paint was an experiment. I started with a primered body. brushed on Acrylic black. then covered that with Rustall. then wiped it off and I got the finish you see. BTW, i'm stilling learning my new Digi cam so I know the pics aren't perfect

picked mine up today, excellent issue.

that car started life as a 95-04 Cavalier. those appear to be JDM Honda Integra headlights.

I haven't seen it yet. but i'm assuming it should be out this week or early next week at the latest.

new Digi. Cam. and a very nice jacket. no plastic though. I don't get kits anymore. i'll stop by the Hobby Shop tomarow and pick something up, also may be getting a new 1:1 in the next few weeks so that will be my gift to myself

The Bailout failed in the senate 52-35. The UAW refused too back down and the bailout failed. my guess is that Chrysler is essentially dead. GM not too far behind. Ford will be fine. but there suppliers could be in trouble.

sadly every motorsport sanctioning body is doing this. new kits of race cars are few and far between. This doesn't really effect me. I've gotten back into collecting diecasts. and they can be had for very little money right now. I picked up a motor sport authentics 1:24 2008 Brian Vickers Red Bull Toyota for $34 shipped on EBAY, that way cheaper then I could ever build it.

We bailout the auto industry. the next thing you know retailers will want bailouts. then banks will want more. then restaurants. This is all caused by horrible executives and miss spending. as well as the unions. I can almost guarantee with this is all said and done with the UAW will be no more. and Rick Wagoner will be unemployed. Honda just announced they are cutting there production by 18,000 cars. which are produced in Alabama (Odyssey, Pilot), and Ohio (Acura RSX and TL, Accord sedan and Coupe). and they will NOT cut one single job by doing this.

I agree, Ford is in by far the best shape out of the three, thanks too there European cars. Ford has some good product coming. The all new Fiesta coming around toward the end next year The 2010 Fusion hybrid

all cars and trucks from the big three are overpriced. GM announced pricing for the Pontiac G3 today (Its a re badged Aveo). it starts at $14,995. for $500 more you can have a base model Civic DX (mind you thats without A/C). or the true competitor to the Aveo/G3 the Toyota Yaris for $2790 less
