your right. I assume they did that so that it is easier to apply the decals. but I don't think it would make any difference. according too reference both cars use the exact same wheel. right down too the same center cap. Bullitt Wheels 07 GT-H wheels

Technically there both European since the Challenger is based of the Chrysler LX platform. which is was developed originally by Mercedes-Benz which they used in the S-class -
I'd really like it if Revell reissued there 1/8 and 1/16 F body Camaro's. there great kits.

I sold my Ranger, now have a 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i sedan. its stock right now but once the weather gets nicer i'm gonna get some wheels for it. this off course isn't an actual picture. but its just like mine.

picked this kit up today, thought I'd write a small review. the kit is basically the 2006 GT kit, with the one piece body (front bumper molded in) it has the wheels from the 06 GT-H kit. which are inaccurate for the 06 GT-H, but accurate for the Buillitt Mustang. the tires are the same as all the other 06+ Mustang kits (except the Shelby KR)There is only 1 piece of new sprue in the kit, and that part has the grill in it, as well as the intake, one minor mistake from Revell is that they didn't fill in the holes for the spoiler. they did give little plugs for the spoiler holes but for the best appearance those holes would have too be filled with putty, and sanded smooth. The kit includes all the stock parts from the 06 issue from the kit, so you could build a stock 07-09 Mustang GT from the kit if they didn't want to build the Bullitt car. The decals sheet is tiny compared to the other version of this kit, but still very good. it includes all the correct bullitt emblems, as well as the under hood decals. and decals fir the dash

this was my only build of the year. this is Revell's 1941 Chevy Truck. flipped the front axle to get it lowered. replaced the kits straight six with the Caddie V8 from the Revell 49 Mercury. the paint was an experiment. I started with a primered body. brushed on Acrylic black. then covered that with Rustall. then wiped it off and I got the finish you see. BTW, i'm stilling learning my new Digi cam so I know the pics aren't perfect

The Bailout failed in the senate 52-35. The UAW refused too back down and the bailout failed. my guess is that Chrysler is essentially dead. GM not too far behind. Ford will be fine. but there suppliers could be in trouble. -
here's proof that its been tooled. I just don't understand why Revell won't release it

Revell Discontinuing NASCAR Model Kits
gasman replied to larrygre's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
sadly every motorsport sanctioning body is doing this. new kits of race cars are few and far between. This doesn't really effect me. I've gotten back into collecting diecasts. and they can be had for very little money right now. I picked up a motor sport authentics 1:24 2008 Brian Vickers Red Bull Toyota for $34 shipped on EBAY, that way cheaper then I could ever build it. -
i'm in a corvette mood. I got a Revell 68 Vette convertible
