  1. expect too see some test shot build ups next month at the iHobby show in Chicago. (october 22nd to the 25th). I honestly would not expect too see the the 66 Impala until April or May of next year.
  2. other then the kits not releasesd yet (Revell's 72 Cutlass and 66 Impala), maybe a 1/8 Monogram Camaro. I usually don't plan ahead for projects. projects usually come to me when i'm at the LHS and see a kit on the shelf
  3. with that grill its actually like an 89-90, not a 95
  4. I did a little research, and yea, there different
  5. Tamiya 1/20 Ferrari F60 F1 car Fujimi 2009+ Nissan Cube Fiat 500 Abarth Aoshima Mercedes SL63 AMG Lancer EVO X AutoArt Call me crazy but I like the Nssan Cube, hopefully it will be Left Hand Drive, I also hope the same for the SL63, hopefully Aoshima will offer some more Mercedes in the future (E550 Coupe)
  6. no pics, but my First car was a Purple 1995 Geo Prism, base model car, with a 5sp. manual. only options where a dealer installed power moon roof, and a set of American Racing rims, great car. ran like a top, sold it with 140,000 miles on it and should'nt have. I had it through High School and my first year of College.
  7. I was a Junior in High School in 20th Century American History class of all places when I heard the news WE WILL NEVER FORGET, 9/11/01
  8. I send mine out last Friday, They said 2-4 weeks for delivery, I'm just assuming its replacement parts, and not a whole kit
  9. went to one of my favorite hobby shops and got a MISB AMT 1966 Olds 442 convertible, and some late 90's Hot Wheels (There actually ex-Corgi castings)
  10. fantastic, great job Revell. Revell will make alot of money off me in the future
  11. I got AMT/Model Kings 1971 Thunderbird, and a set of Hoppin Hydro's wire lowrider wheels. this one will be my first lowrider
  12. 2008-2010 Subaru WRX STI 1973 Chevy Laguna S3 Bugatti Veyron 2009-2010 BMW M3 Coupe 2007-current NASCAR C.O.T (Any make, preferably Toyota, or Ford) a new modern tool 1969 Chevy Chevelle (a possibility with the new Revell 72 Cutlass, they share the same chassis)
  13. Model Master makes a viynal roof paint that works better then anything else i've used. its a two part system and you do is spray it. don't have to worry about it "Lifted" up over time, you just need to remember to mask over everything that you don't want to look like a viynal top (Like window moldings)
  14. check Ebay, great place to get ref. pics
  15. I agree. Show rods have been historically bad selling kits, they may be popular where there first reissued, but after a while they begin to become dust collectors. look at the AMT Beverly Hillbillies kit. when it first was reissued 5-6 years ago for the first few weeks it was a big seller, but then after that it sat on Hobby shops shelves. I saw a bunch of them in a discount store a few years ago for $5.
  16. really looking froward to this one. I have plans for a few.
  17. spent $50 at at the LHS yesterday, bought a Fujimi MKIII Toyota Supra, AMT snap 74 Cuda, a can of Tamiya white primer, and a can of Tamiya Pearl White.
  18. I got this kit yesterday, its deffinently not for the faint of heart but its buildable. The biggist issue is the incorrect front window, but it appears to be fixable.
  19. I got Tamiya's fantastic all new Nissan 370Z kit, a little expensive, but a nice kit
  20. walked into Michaels today and found that they had a few kits on clearance. the Revell 41 Williys, Revell Acura RSX, and the Revell 1977 Monte Carlo snap, all where listed as $9.99. I got the 77 Monte Carlo snap for $6.41 with a %40 off coupon. I don't know if more will be added to the clearance but thats all my local Michaels had marked down.
  21. eh, I don't see a huge market for these. I think maybe the NHRA put up some money to have these done because I just don't see a big enough market for Revell to do these. and yet we are still without a ZR1, 2010 Camaro, and 2010 Mustang kits. ohh well
  22. I grew up in the 80's and the 90's, and when I was younger Michall Jacksons music played a big role in my life. yea, he was a wierdo in real life. but he was fantastic as a performer. I have alot of respect for Farrah, especially that she was'nt affraid to show what the cancer she had had done to here, I feel bad she passed on the same day as Micheal. but with that said I was too young to remember Farrah, but seeing those old Michael Jackson videos on MTV brings back memories of my youth
  23. looks great. you never see those built.
  24. a 68 Chevelle wagon would be great. especially if its based off AMT's 68 El Camino. since that kit already has the correct wheel base
  25. IIRC The Nissan Laurel was never sold in America.
