  1. that's good news, then I don't have to worry about clipping coupons anymore for 40& off
  2. as a Former Lozier employee (yes the company is still around, they make shelving for stores, biggest client is Target). i'm enjoying this build, I have the Pyro kit, but its not really my cup of tea so it will remain a neat display item
  3. I live a few miles north of Downtown, closest to me is Cranberry, I was at the Robinson one yesterday. they where building one a few miles away from me at Dixmont. but the hillside they where building it on is way to unstable.
  4. Went searching for one of these today, I could only stop at one Wal-Mart because I live in an odd part of the US where we are lucky enough not to have Wal-Marts. closest is about 25 miles away. stopped and they had a newer batch of Motormax police cars, but no Taurus's, Scalpers must have gotten them before I could.
  5. The R8 Spyder looks excellent. really happy too see it has an uptop. hopefully they'll do the SLS AMG Roadster too.
  6. I'm wouldn't expect anything. several Drivers have had DUI's and NASCAR didn't do anything (Scott Wimmer, Michael Annett, Micheal Waltrip, and AJ Allmindinger just to name a few). NC reckless Driving laws aren't that hard on first time offenders. even those doing 83 mph over the limit
  7. I'm gonna have too keep an eye out for that, its a lot better then the Greenlight one.
  8. ehh, nothing that gets me really excited. i'll get one of the Wreckers, maybe both of the Lambo's, but beyond that nothing interests me, with the 1:12 GT500 coming out I wonder why they would produce the exact same kit in 1:25 scale. I would rather them do the KR version. The 78 Firebird appears to be the 1:24 version. I would rather see the diecast version converted to plastic. (its a little slab sided. but its got better detail then the 1:24 one) is'nt the Boss 302 still in Revell's current catalog. might get one of the Steve Kinser Sprint Cars.
  9. some people need to start counting
  10. yep, the good side
  11. here's a buildup of the Falcon. it looks good. maybe a little squared, but not bad. i'll be buying 1 for sure. Trumpeter 64 Falcon build-up.
  12. I'm just waiting for Aoshima to release it.
  13. I'm 26 and retirement is at least 40-45 years away. so its not a big concern of mine right now.
  14. its pricey, but if you some good internet shopping you should be able to find one for under $55 shipped.
  15. yesterday it was 70 and sunny and all hell broke loose. large marble sized hail put some dents in the roof of my car. which need to be repaired, today its snowing and 29 degree's.
  16. looks great, I was actually at that race. I could barely this yellow blob that was Steve Park flying through the air.
  17. I should be there, first time back since 2008.
  18. stopped today to get another ACR kit. they also had the 2006 Shelby GT-H kit.
  19. This may not be a bad thing. Tomy own Tomica, who makes excellent 1/64 diecast cars. Tomica does mostly Japenese cars but they have done some American muscle cars too.
  20. I only want too see one right now. Revell giving a us a much needed modified new tooling (they can use the 72 Cutlass as a base) 1969 Chevy Chevelle SS.
  21. looks good. might pick one up too build this car. TRG's 2011 24 hour Daytona GT3 class winning Porsche driven by Steve Bertheau, Brendan Gaughan, Andy Lally ,Spencer Pumpelly, and Wolf Henzler
  22. yes its still coming out, none of the websites are showing release dates so at the earliest I would expect it will be late summer early fall 2011
  23. picked up Revell/AG's new Mercedes SLS kit today for under $20....
  24. just got the reissue today. its a straight reissue of the old Monogram kit issued last when the car was new. can only be built stock. comes with a nice decal sheet. with all the logo's for the car, and some SCCA decals.
  25. They sell Tamiya models in Japan at Epcot center in Disney World.
