  1. Correct. And if your tires do not seem to want that much stuffing, you may trim it lengthwise as well. It scissors cuts very easily.
  2. Your correct. The box was open. The tires are scrawny thus my replacement comment.
  3. Thank you for the suggestion. I will still likely simply replace the tires.
  4. Great Job! They are one of my top 3 favorites.
  5. Very nice. More pics please.
  6. Way cool! Artistic is more fun than perfect.
  7. I have just enough budget and room to only get one of every truck kit I want. I didn't even know this existed until I saw it on ebay. It was a good price so I snagged it. I will have to do something about the wimpy split tires though. Mobius to the rescue!
  8. This is better big rig tire stuffing. It is called 3/8" window backer rod available at home improvement stores. Less than $5 and can do probably 10 semi trucks.
  9. Nice builds. I love the paint scheme(s). I vividly remember watching Sox & Martin race at Cornhusker raceway in NE when I was a kid (my dad was a drag racer). He was up against a dark red 69 Chevelle. The Chevelle driver red lit. I even remember which lanes they were in.
  10. Very nice! I have one of those. Do you have a build thread to go with it?
  11. That is a very nice piece.
  12. My favorites are 68-69 Chevelle wagon, 65, 66, 67 Pontiac Tempest wagon, ANY Olds Vista cruiser, or a 68-69 Mopar B-body wagon.
  13. Gorgeous build! Dash detail is fantastic!
  14. Very nice dashboard detail. How did you get such nice BF Goodrich lettering on Goodyear tires?
  15. I like the flatbed. I will get one for sure. I read the whole thread. Did I miss what scale it is? (It looks 1/25 IF the cars are 1/25)
  16. Just order this from ebay for less than $37 with shipping. I will have just about one of every truck and trailer that I want. The only thing left on my wishlist is a KW K-123.
  17. Got the chassis finished yesterday. As you can tell, I made a few mods.
  18. Really shiny project there. I like it.
  19. Once you get the hang of BMF, You will love it. It works well as paint mask too (if you don't leave it on too long) Your truck would make a good old school Baja racer.
  20. You are truly a MASTER builder. The detail you put into your build is quite impressive.
  21. Sam, on the Lowboy trailer, I used the kit's deck plates plus an additional one, since I lengthened it. I will be interested in seeing how your "real" wood deck turns out.
  22. Congratulations SAM! I got one of those last fall and expect another one (a Doctor no less!) coming October.
  23. Agreed, usually the part price is reasonable but add shipping and you can buy a whole kit to rob parts from. Then there is Sam with a BAZZILION parts to beg, borrow and buy from.
