  1. I picked up the MPC "police patrol car" version a while back at Ollies.. looked like a fun build, and I really just wanted the body to do a funky paint job on.
  2. That's a great looking model, that green is very strong (in a good way)... love the contrast with the redlines.
  3. I have painted a few DnD miniatures for my boss's son... Not really my thing but hey, it was something to do and it paid a little.
  4. Serious money... I knew a guy that used to put pinstripes one steel wheels at car shows... for $100 a wheel and had a line a mile long! He would put the wheel on a spindle and give it a spin and carefully apply a large I think (squirrel hair) pinstripe brush and be done in about 5 seconds! $100 bones in 5 seconds is a serious payday in my book lol!!
  5. Why yes, that IS in fact my "world famous" (emphasis on my) Bacon Mac N cheese quesadilla... go on let the shaming begin. I start out making a homemade cheese sauce that is more like a gravy with Cheddar/Gouda... then bacon (Benton's bacon is the only bacon!). Makes my tastebuds go nuts and my heart think twice about working anymore, but some things are worth "living dangerously". My wife approves this message.
  6. That's awsome man, you will soon find that on that very nice desk top you have there... your working room will quickly turn into an area the size of your hand... It's only natural!! Lol! But seriously, that's awsome you have a dedicated spot to work... it really makes a big difference when you can setup/organize a good "workflow". Really helps one (me anyway) build more "clean". Cool spot Logan.
  7. Sweet build, love the color! Wanna build mine at some point.
  8. Dann, that is a gorgeous model. What paint/color did you spray that with? It looks absolutely killer on that car. I'm gonna have to build one now... someday. Lol
  9. Love those wheels! Where did they come from?
  10. Man, that is a neat tip, I'll file that back for when and if I do a commercial truck or something of the sort...
  11. Like the lotus alot... used to be one that color here in town. Where did you get the 200s wheels on the camaro?
  12. Where does everyone find the time? Builds look very nice and clean.
  13. I think it looks cool... I used to have a 3/4 scale bass that I wish I still had.
  14. That's a good tip. I'm pretty lousy at photography to be honest... but I'm gonna try and get better.
  15. That is a sweet lookin model right there. Love the finish on those wheels.
  16. Some of us are not so fortunate... I myself was very lucky... happily married now... I did say lucky right?
  17. Heck I've missed them until my model has been on the shelf for 6 months and I look at it and see a glaring mold line right on the front end between the headlights!! Almost made me put it back in its box... but I left it there as a reminder, to never stop looking.
  18. That's why you just do the passenger and middle area... then get your lady in there and swing a hard right...
  19. I bought the same kit I bet... I think it depicts the same car 2 or 3 different colors/configs on the front of the box art? Also, I spent a long while composing a PM to you and you can't receive messages.... bummer man lol! Had something neat to share.
  20. This is very interesting, thanks for posting, gonna have to watch.
  21. Guilty as charged... I'm gonna try and make a photo box soon though with some built in lighting.
  22. Just another Iconic vehicle going to some billionaire who buys it so they can say they own it... likely to never be driven. Shame.
