  1. All very nice builds! The rat rod and the VW got me going though, they are too cool!
  2. Very cool builds! I really like your Elco...
  3. I just bought several of that celica kit on Amazon 2 nights ago for 15 bucks a peice and free shipping (prime) Hoping they arrive today!
  4. Yup lol I will be ordering at least 2 myself. Trying to amass a fleet of them in various configurations and colors.
  5. I've got a Lindberg dodge L700 kit with a box trailer... I'd be willing to part with under the right conditions. PM me if interested.
  6. Yea I'm hoping myself.... the little bat spinner I'm sure is gonna be in absolutely no ones parts box. And so I either gamble and buy another kit or I'm dead in the water.
  7. Good lord gotta buy some porsche kits now... thanks alot guys!!
  8. Hope I don't have to go the evil bay route... Worst case I'll pay slightly more and order 2 from Amazon.
  9. I'm not even showing mine they are so dismal... I had 4 this year, but they aren't nearly good enough to show here. But, this coming year is gonna be a different ballgame entirely (I hope) Good luck to you as well.
  10. Man... I would do some scary, horrifying, unforgivable things to have half bench time you must have!!! Those look extremely good... that F250 could have passed for REAL! The blue oval was the ONLY giveaway to my eyes... and that was after the double take.
  11. Those are impressive! I see what you did there on that Cameo... just know, that I know... and I like it! Lol
  12. Looking good!! I've been trying to get this kit for a few days now... I need 2 of them!
  13. This is wild, I was just reading about this car earlier today!!! Definitely staying tuned!!
  14. I ordered the Tamiya kit yesterday. Seemed to be the consensus it was the better option. Thanks for the input and Happy new year!
  15. Hopefully I'll get an email as I did the same thing... but I did submit it Christmas day so... i understand if it takes longer than usual.
  16. That's because they were a nightmare to actually keep running... lol! I saw these within a quarter mile of each other yesterday. Weird, jetski/motorcycle... and yes he's wearing a life jacket.... in DECEMBER! And then this one caught my eye... just right down the street from my house.
  17. Has anyone had any experience with round2 parts replacement and or customer service? My wife got me the recent issue of the Polar Lights 66 batmobile and it was missing the tiny "bat spinners" for the wheels. I submitted a "parts replacement request" and haven't heard diddly from them... is that normal? And if so, how and when do they contact you? I've got a feeling probably gonna be a bad time. As I highly doubt anyone has a set of those laying in the parts box... and if neither is an option I'm screwed unless I shell out for another kit.
  18. Yea,I'm familiar with them. I was going to suggest leather dye... works very well and gives you that worn in (not reliced) look right off the bat. Hope it turns out awesome!
  19. What are you gonna use for stain?
  20. Yea that's pretty bad... a buddy of mine smashed the from the whole tip of his finger off hooking up a trailer similar to your story. That's a good lookin LP body you have there...
  21. About a year ago I flicked a highly potent mixture of catalyzed urethane resin into my eye at work... scary let me tell ya. Luckily I got it washed out pretty quick. Then... a few years back I laid my finger across a high voltage contact relay and blew my fingernail vertical... my lips turned blue. Not a fun time. Then about 2yrs ago I caught my right pointer finger in a peice of moving machinery... luckily I had just enough strength to pull the machine with my left arm long enough to overheat the motor and trip the overload. (pulled my shoulder out of place) then with my finger still inside causing a bind, I had to act fast with a screwdriver to pry my finger out before it got sheared off... My finger was so flat after it was pretty unrealistic... it squeezed so hard, it blew the meat out from under my cuticle. But I finally got feeling back in it now. Silly mistakes, that can cost dearly...
  22. That's pretty brutal...
  23. Yea that's where I'm at... I have one room that over half is filled with paint... gotta consolidate and maybe liquidate some. Who knows, I'll see how it goes.
  24. Gorgeous models!
