Wow what a build! great work on sculpting that body! -
Thanks Pierre! Yes the panel lines will be taken care of soon Yes that might be a good thing, the OB piece is bulky and thick in every way. Yes i am, have two different setups, only thing i dont have is a good tire to print otherwise i would print them as well. Nice! I was reviewing your thread just now and they al look good mate! The chassi fitment to the body is something i have heared about earlier as well so was kind of prepared for that. The louvers was a pita to open but that is done on this body, still need to be done on the 2000 LM car. I have done that on my other C5-R chassi under the Silverado body so i am familiar on how to get posable steering Nice, will keep that in mind for color choise, i have bought LP yelow and will do a test shoot some day to show how that looks. Thanks for taking time to respond!

Nicke builds! I have gotten the tip to use thin pins that gotten drilled in to the chassis and the body to secure it in place. all your 3 builds look sharp as always! -

The Straight Six Community Build Rides Again
Mattilacken replied to Chuck Most's topic in Community Builds
Well the engine looks promising! But the Tamiya body and I am not on the same page so I try to massage the body to my liking by putting flairs and adjusting the rear quarters. The roof still feels to tal but nothing to do about that, when I make it wider it should look lower. Give me your two cents! -
Nice build there! Like your details! And i will have to pick up on your tequnice of fixating the cables under neath.

Great kit! And great build! Will be following to the end! -
Made some progress, have been thinking on how I could use the original C5R oil cooler and naca ducts and I figured that I could put the naca ducts in the bed behind the cab and the cooler in more or less the original place in the frame. Also printed a second version of the pushrod coil setup, and made them to have the look as a Ölins shock. What’s your thoughts?
