  1. Here is my display, two bottom shelfs are my kids models and the two upper ones are mine.
  2. Saw this classic Saab the other day. As well as the TGB 11 that i pass by daily. And then i saw a Sibling, (not often i come across others here in town) and my work Jeep is clearly bigger thanks to suspension lift and bigger tires.
  3. Nice build! Its kind of cool that the "original" fenders are left in there, as they probobly would do some weight reduction if removed. But it might be a rule thing as well that I dont know about.
  4. Epic! thats just insanity! ;D Great work!
  5. The voting is active under group builds so in and support your favorite build! There is several beautiful builds to choose from 😀
  6. Nice build! Stance is nice and the wheels and tires are perfect for that build! @slusher@milo1303s@titino, I have made a a front suspension setup including crossmember with more or less c5 geometry and coilovers. Its designed for the Revell 1/16 C10 but works for others in 1/25 1/24 just scaled right. You guys can have the 3D files if you like to print em. Mine was sprinted in one go but i have individual parts.
  7. Ok cool, no the closest one is in Germany. So I won’t drop by it any timesoon 🤓
  8. Great progress there! Neat looking saftey nett. will keep it in mind for when i do my C5R since the plastic ones are junk.
  9. Here is the skyline polished, and the Silvia cleared.
  10. Here are two quick curbside builds that will look good at the shelf next to my Supras. Tamiya GTR with custom wheels and som extras. Silvia is Aoshima wih other wheels, maybe the same as the GTR. The GTR in the last pic is cleared and now after that polished The Silvia is still in both and need a polish before decals and clear.
  11. Glad that you guys made it!! Would been such a lonly race for us few others other wise!
  12. Thanks! It turned out good! And my friend got really happy and surprised!
  13. Looking good you got a nice smoth surface there, have ben using the Valejo Air series since they are pre thinned so to say. They are good for AB as well as brush.
  14. Came out great! super work on that brush paint!
  15. Pete, Bringin an old thread back, but i just saw a thing that you can think of for the next seat belts in the maiking. The sholder straps would connect to the back wall with an anchor bolt ( a ring that was secured through the sheat metal and a big washer or reinforcment on the back side in IRL) or to the cage at some point roughly at the same height as where they pas through the seat. thought i would give that feed back now wen thinking of it since such a minor detail ad some nice detail to a race car I was browsing this old thread now since I got the same kit, love the JGTC of the '90's and a fan och best motoring and such. I dont know if i will ad as nice belts to min as you did here though.. time will tell.
  16. I went ahead and ordered a bunch of different cabels so i have better controll when doing plumbing, I actualy put a set together to sell. Single lead cables, no need to replace the wires. And the core is silver which means you can use them directly for making say AC hoses, just paint the final end of the black cover silver and you are done! This is one set.
  17. I am no collector just gett what i like, and the most rare i have is Tamiya 1/24 Aston Martin DBS. Edit: unbuilt for now but will be built
  18. Looks great! Glad to se that you got it in paint!
  19. O now i remember that you are putting a MB V2 in it!! Super cool! do you want a set of headlight bezels for it, I can send you some since i have printed a bunch extra.
  20. I am sure that you dont suck! I guess you have a bunch of other stuff to do or build as well! And knowing your build i know that al of them are great!
  21. Great work on the conversion work! The nascar body is quite different and you managed to revert the changes verry well! Will you get a 3D printed version and build that one as well? I have the Laguna files, both interior and exterior, test printed a body in 1/24 but messed it up and ran out of resin and thats where i am
  22. Such a nice tribute to your late dad! I wish my dad was doing any modeling before the Parkinson struck.
  23. Some of these are stunningly hard to get right! And the micro plattform there is so thin so I bend it with a gentle touch. And it’s so easy to bend them so you won’t recognize it! well a bit further on the funnel.
  24. Nice build! And as Can-Con said the foged headlights are a nice touch for that used look! Looks great!
