  1. I hapen to have the Jeep XJ 2 door and Jeep WK2 Trackhawk. + Gladiator and Wrangler that you can download for free. But I would like to have the non Trackhawk, like my own 2015 WK2 Summit. As well as the SJ Cherokee and wagoneer.
  2. This is the first generation Grand Cherokee launched in 1993 model dessignatjon ZJ. Before that Jeep had Jeep Wagoneer which was the closest to a predecessor to Grand Cherokee. That body is availible in 3D files. There was also the Jeep Honcho from Revell that have the same body style but pickup. And then you have the Cherokee that was availible mid 70's which was a a 2 door Wagoneer. The later got replaced with the XJ Cherokee in 1984. I am a Jeep Enthusiast as you might have figgured out So it got to be a long post BTW, here is my favourite ZJ which i need to build in the future. Its a Jeep concept from 2017.
  3. Nice build and great backdrops!
  4. Hey! Thanks Steve! I hope you have had nice time over the holidays. And I hope you will have a great 2025!
  5. Thanks every one! I appreciate Al your comments! Thanks Slusher! I have gotten better with the practice and al the knowledge I have picked up here! Thanks Guys! I am flattered to win the contest in 2024! Thanks! I have since updated the Leopard with thinner antennas and I do like this fantasy build!
  6. Beautiful build! The lines looks just right on it! The 1:1 pictured here in the ethereal is not even close to looking as good as yours!
  7. Great build of an modern icon in many aspects! Have had the Z06 kit but never built it, now only some parts remain might need to get me one stock C5 also. I do have several C5R’s. on the magnetic point. I try to wash my body after polish with automotive shampoo with some wax in it. That removes the static effect. Also a detailer for cars works good if you don’t want to put it under the tap water. Remember to use a goood microfiber polishing rag, I have a Mr turtle orange with long fur. That will make your life easier.
  8. Came out to be a beaut! Super work
  9. Nice build! So beautiful cars and one of my all time favorites regarding GT cars! Good work on the build!

  12. Super cool build! And such a clean build!
  13. Man! I am sorry! How can I have missed to put you up there! I have now added you in the rooster on the pages I could. And man I am as always looking forward to your build!
  14. So after a test I must say that these look good! They do feel like a plastic belt and with the printed relief you can both feel and see the height differences between the belt and "metall" parts. I must say that they look good and they are super quick to install, quicker than normal water slide decals. And compared to PE and belt material it’s hours faster! And for most build I would definitely use these. They are a bit pricey but if I would think as I do at work, time is money. And especially if you have a problem with your eyes and want a upgrade on water slide i must say that this is perfect!
  15. That surface primer does the difference, I use Tamiya alloy and if I don’t have primer it feels that the styrene is to slippery to paint on to with a thin layer. I have tried that primer but not with any good results, wanted to see if I could replace Tamiya primer with it but as you say it’s not the same.
  16. Nice work on those handels! If i remember correctly you are brush painting the body as well? Looks like a good start on it.
  17. After another pass with the finishing compound and a layer of wax afterwards the paint look 9/10 in my opinion.
  18. Nice! I am a huge Grand Cherokee fan and have had 8 in total. Mostly second gen, and come to think of it, first gen is the only one I haven’t owned (except for the 5 that I can’t afford and don’t want). I also have this kit.. but it’s kind of chopped up 😉 will follow!!
  19. Thanks mate!! Hehe yes it’s a cool addition;-) made some work on the paintjob, not as perfect as my red Porsche but it’s black so I think I am ok with it. Ran out of polish so I have to order more to get a better result. I could not resist so I started to put the mesh in.
  20. Thanks David, yes and when reviewing the pictures i see that I can touch it up on the Right hand side Thanks! That truck is realy cool saw it in your other thread. And gongrats on the trophy!
  21. Nice work! Cool to see a re elk kit that seem to fit together.
