What is your NUMBER 1 favorite movie car
Mattilacken replied to Thedragsterdude's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
O man, there’s so many nice movie cars that I like. But the first that came to mind was Eleanor but it has with when it came and what I had seen up to that point. Before that the Vanishing point Challenger from ‘97 was one of my favorite movie cars. Now days one of my favorites are more or less all the Aston’s in the James Bond movies, Especially the DB5 and DBS. And then the Laguna from Cannonball is an other favorite of mine as well as many of the cars in the FnF saga.- 174 replies

Sweet builds mate! It’s so nice to see those engines in 1/16 scale! 3d printing really open up the possibilities with these big scale builds! Just tires was a pain before when that’s something that I am picky about! I will push on and do some work now as well as I have done some on my c3 corvette with wide fenders and CSB.

Nice build! There is plenty of nice engines! Texas 3d customs have some nice ones. I have one as well that I printed. A CSB, can throw a pic up in my 1/16 c10 thread that I took back after getting inspired by your builds.

Beautiful build there mate! Nice to see some 1/16 beeing built!

Hi, this is a body that does not have a thickness, and man blender is a hard to use program. I have gotten so far so i can extrude the surfaces but i need to split some parts to be able to extrude it. The different parts of the body are separate but only as shown, doors is one, roof, front clip, rear clip and lids. EDIT: I have done so so i do have dual surfaces. since i have an idea that i can ad surfaces inbetween the two. Is there a way to connect them? how it looks in Fusion where i did the duplication and shinkage.

Yes they should be ok I have AMT T-bird Stockcar brakes from a way newer kit in my plan, i mean most brakes are more or less the same from what i had on my 1977 Malibu to what i had on my 4gen camaro, single piston caliper with a disc. Just the looks, dimensions, materials and sow on that might differ, at least in my pov. -
Thanks mate! It’s fidly and i am humble when looking at even more detailed builds! PE is a bitch to work with at times. But they are made very good so you fold them easily! And gluing those ladder things along the sides are a pain in my opinion. Well I have more or less finished the work of the funnel. Will leave guns and lights of until paint is on.

Nice! Are those the 3d printed decal harnesses? -
I just stumbeled across this one now, this is some serious scratch building! I like it allot! What body parts are you using for these? Is it the same Revell Bajja Fever (and others) that you based thís out of?
