  1. Thats a great idea! I will try to make a front clip.
  2. I have been doing som CAD work on this.. since i have cut the wheel arch back in the day for big tires i need to adress it. So I sketched this up.. Thpughts? Would be rougly 2 inches wider than stock on each side and the front arch comes upp about 2mm to drop the nose more as its in the pictures.
  3. I made som new wheels as well the fist one i finished today the other during last week or two. So got them done
  4. Was to the capital today and picked up Tamiya fine polish compound and also found a big scale vette to a price i could not recist. Actualy seems to be a neat kit with much more detail than other 1/16 kits i have seen and it does come with two intakes and two sets of seats. The chassi looks nice with good detail on a arms and other parts but I might throw a resin tube chassi underneath it though, and i do need a spoiler and front lip. Borrowed picutre, mine was not sealed
  5. I work as a manager for a onsultant company in the technical sector, my group do mechanical engineering and projects within the mining industry in the far north of Sweden. Other than that my family is a priority of mine and also the house needs its attention.
  6. Thats Epic! With one paint on all parts it would look super cool!
  7. And now it’s polished, but still need to get a Tamiya finishing compound since I can see swirls still from the fine compound but it’s getting there. o and no run through which is a first for me, the paint was good to start with so I started with 6000 in some places but ended up with 4000 and then all the way to 12000:)
  8. So good paintings! You really managed to capture the motion and weight of the cars.
  9. Clear is on. Now masking for all the black, maybe some polishing first not sure if I micro mesh it or just use compound.
  10. Try to switch the exhaust manifolds left to right so the turbos comes up instead. The Camino have more space on top than the Vette and less on the bottom where the frame takes alot of space. Sweet build btw!
  11. Thanks for the picture! Helps allot ?
  12. Nice build! might need to get one of those! i like the 1:16 kits and the possibilitys to ad detail.

  14. Sweet! never tried it but sure as heck looks Cool!
  15. Great modeling! Its pretty darn time consuming that kind of work! Super nicley done.
  16. Okay I tried this but it got a bit bent middle came in to the upper supports. Is this what you would do?:
  17. An other question, large flat parts like a panel or hood, how do you support them so they dont warp when beeing cured?
  18. Nice to see your new printer working good! The right one look over exposed to me. you could try do reduce the light on time and use the same resin as you have in the new one and your result with the old one will probobly improve.
  19. Nice classic paint scheme! Like it allot!
  20. Came out great Chuck! The hood is a big issue, i have tre different kits and none of them fits well. Collor wheel and decal combo is nice.
  21. I say as Les, but most i have printed have been working great with around 30-40 deg. I tend to have no issues as long as the bottom edge is propper supported and if the spokes are thin i only support them close to the center. as well as the pin is supported, so far all but the first sets have been almost perfect. An other question, large flat parts, how do you support them so they dont warp?
