  1. Looks good! There are two versions of this kit original and the Nismo version, which comes with the intercoler, custom exhaust, upgraded brakes, strut tower brace and sow on. ?
  2. My daughter have built together with me heir 4 build a Tamiya GT2 racer with custom pink paint over silver and Pepsi decals that she found in my stash. she helped painting and told me where the placement should be of the decals, I tried to have her to apply the decals but she was a bit to restless so she did the small ones on the hood, bats and skulls and stuff. Mostly plastic black chassis.
  3. Got some light outside this period of year, 24h of sun to be precise, this was taken 10pm. So I took som real light pictures of this favorite build of mine.
  4. Nice build! Will get one eventually, but got hold of a original 454ss recently that I will build first with same mods as my previous build regarding lights.
  5. Nice progress on an epic racer from the 90’s!
  6. Beautifull work there! Will look realy sharp when done!
  7. Or the monogram chassis, for the later style chevelle they are a better fit in my opinion.
  8. Sharp looking build
  9. Sat at the desk a bit today am I tried to get the wheels to align more like I want it. so I will ad a flat stock on top of the firewall so the chassi get flush on the underside with the body. That’s the sweet spot I think so I get the wheel outboard enough. I also made rear flares, it’s a 2” wide fender flare on each side. Might sand it down a bitt and I might still alter the shape.. this is just the base. But after seeing the pictures I went back to the desk and took them of before they cured. Didn’t like how they looked.
  10. A Mockup of my 1975 Chevelle CBR racer
  11. Had to do something about this total Swedish color combo that i cant stand.. so i shot the chassis in gray late last night
  12. Thanks mate! I will se how i low i make it ? it droped realy low now when the chassi dropped where i wanted it, almost liked the stance better when it was 1mm higher which led to the wheels could come further out. I got so sick of the yellow chassis so i coated it with some gray the other night.
  13. #2 Managed to get the wheelbase locked in and sorted I think. Also started on the front wheels and alignment. I would like to keep it this low but the body style does not favor it. Might need to do some body mods because I really like the wheels to be all out to the edge of the body. Also managed to seat the chassi well I think. Have also started on the cage work.

  15. Nice! those wheels are nice on it! custom 3D ones?
  16. Thats cool, I saw that and apriciate all the lengths you have to go through to get to a stock spec car ? It was similar as how my 1:1 started out. When i bought it back in 2003: How it turned out.. wish i was not that stupid to sell it.. I had a 1998 Camaro at the same time and i guess i sold it because i thought 3 cars was to much for a single guy. But i do regrett selling this one, it had a re built and quite healty 355 that only needed new heads to lock up around 350horse . And this is what my goal was.
  17. @Cosmo_Song here is my project.
  18. Great work! Also a huge fan of these some how! I have a 3gen going as well, and one original MPC and a nice resin body of the same stock car version in their boxes. I also used to be owner of a 1977 Malibu Classic Landau! nice corrections. It seems in my opinion and some others that the MPC body is more accurate even though it has it flaws.
  19. Nice to se some one else enjoying this body style! I have a project going on since a wile butgot inspired buy your builkd to enter it to the CBR. This is the 1:1 that i used to have when i was 16-19, it was also a 1977. Here is a link to more photos: https://www.garaget.org/?car=113257
  20. I have no right size small blocks to put in it.. but I have a C5R LS 527 that would look cool with stacks. Should work since they have ITB intake.. pic later. An other view of the ride.
