❤ Love this build.....

Thanks for the update. Nice to see an ambitious project return for round #2. Tough builds are tough builds. Especially when "life" interrupts. I have a project that's been kicking around under the bench for about 14 yrs. now...... I wish I had the time like I did when I was younger to build more. Again, good to see the update. Looking good and we're paying attention.

Nice stuff indeed! One small suggestion: Master cylinder heat shield! I made one when I was putting mine together. Hosted on Fotki

Make sure we get an update on the GTX too!

Find my favorite A body in this picture..... Hosted on Fotki Only snapped a few shots. Was too busy enjoying the day as the weather was perfect and the `Cuda was running beautifully! This was one of the nicest `68 Barracuda's I've seen in a long time. Hosted on Fotki 1969 Dart w/ 5.7 Hemi & carbs Hosted on Fotki His & Hers `Cuda's Hosted on Fotki

I get it. As a matter of fact, here's some inspiration for you. I snapped these at Englishtown Saturday. I was there showing the Barracuda and saw these C bodies: Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki And my favorite shot taken through my windshield driving over the Goethals Bridge into Jersey.... I'm with EMPINUT on this one. There's nothing right about these cars; import, export, Canadian, or otherwise. That sedan is such a mis-match of model years that there is zero interest from me. And I was heavily into the air-cooled scene in the 80's and know and love these cars. I wish Hasagawa or Tamiya would give us a nice Split or a Hebmuller! -
I know personally I build in the fall/winter because I can't enjoy the 1:1 car. Cut Bill some slack.... he'll be back. Just like Randy's wrecker. That will be back too. Right guys?!?

Geeeez........ This is killer!!!!!!! Today's kids talk about "stance". Here's the definition. This sucker sits "just right". Absolutely amazing build. The chassis work is inspiring. Once big-car season winds down I'll start small-car season. And I'm taking notes on you guys building brass chassis'. I have a rather homely Lancer that's going big-time because of you craftsmen. Please, carry on!

Thanks for clarifying the manufacturer. It's on my acquire list! The Grey sounds right.... or a dark Silver .

I know all too well the definition of "Money Pit". And don't think once it's together your done..... oh no. I just dropped $40 last night on a new fan clutch for mine. And two weeks ago it's was $150 for a Halon fire extinguisher.... and before that $130 on embroidered floor mats.... and let's not forget about fragging the differential yoke pulling a $350 hole shot that also twisted the driveshaft. And people complain about the cost of building models!!!!

Wow, another sweet air-cooled build happening! The type 34 Ghia is a favorite of mine since way back. There's one for sale locally thats scruffy, but all there. Unfortunately the price tag is just a bit north of %$#$%^& insane..... Beautiful so far.... is that the resin version sold by ____-fix? (I can't remember their name....) Beautiful.... What color planned with that red interior? I have a few choices of my own that would look fantastic. Please tell us!

Brass is class.... I love working with the stuff myself. Your project looks incredible. The Woody I did last winter originally was supposed to be Porsche powered, but got side tracked. I love what your doing here. I see your also doing Porsche headlamps in the Ghia. That looks sweet too. What wheels? Going old school Fuchs, or modern alloy/billet? Color? That tonneau cover is just-right. Wow.... I like this ALOT. Nice work, looking forward to future updates!

More then likely the Doctors gave you a worst case scenario. From my family to yours we're wishing you the best. Treatment is always better than ignoring. -
No, I didn't have to hock the `Cuda, but the laptop cost me BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH near 3/4's of a Keisler 5 speed conversion!

I love the surf boards & roof rack! I built a Hasegawa type 2 van also. Nice kit, just about falls together. But those surf boards.... wow, they are nice, as is the entire Van so far. Pop some safari windows in up front....
