  2. Anyone on here use Autoborne Sealer? I have used the silver, white and black. The silver seems a little thicker out the bottle and spays a little rough (at least when I used it). The white and black lays down very smothly. But, the black when I have used it after drying a day or so scratches off very easily. I lightly sanded the current model body then washed it with a mild solution of dishwashing liquid rinsing it off and dried it. Sprayed it with about 10% Createx reducer (as recommended) and a few drops of the Createx balancing clear that is supposed to reduce tip dry and promote adhesion.. Still easily scratches off. Just wondering about anyone elses experience with the stuff.

  8. Cool story and I too have replicated a few cars from mine and my wifes past, notable her '66 GTO. Anyway, great job on the '67. The chrome work (BMF??)looks darn perfect. You get two thumbs up for this one???

  17. Yep, great variety of good looking vehicles. The one that caught my eye the most was the blue'57 Chevy convertable with the dark blue top. Thanks for the great pics Dan.

  23. Got all the body and floor pan parts off the sprue's, cleaned them up and primed with Autoborne black sealer. My main concerns at this point is the sagging bar between the sail panels and the very flimsy windshield frame. Anyways a couple progress pics
