Thanks buddy. Good to hear from you? I'm still around, lol. I just been mega busy sorting my car out and my workbench is full of parts so no room for model building until I get it sorted. I'll be back to my regular building soon, got some nice ones in the stash!
ahh, gutted. Some shady sellers out there! A quick way to tell an original MPC Charger is looking at the door scallops and windshield cowl vent. On the re-issue, the cowl vent is smaller and the door scallops lost their decorative raised ridges.
Nice looking build. One on my to do list! Are the kingpins fitted the right way up? I've built some kits where the front spindles can fit upside down and still operate fine but can radically change the ride height.
Same. Hope he's doing ok. He's one of the first guys to greet me on the forum and comments on all my builds, very positive guy. He'll be back, I have those annual Chargers to build and he loves those! haha. Best wishes, my friend.
Thanks, Bob. I started watching the series the other day for the first time. I'm not much of a ghost and ghouls fan but it's actually a pretty good series... or it could just be that there's literally nothing worth watching on TV anymore! Lol
Thanks, Dave. I fitted longer springs from my spares box. The underside is all the leftovers from the '70 Impala I built recently.
