  1. Got some more done today, colour combo looks better than I expected. Wheels are held with those small pins, usually a pain and end up with wonky wheels but these are nice tight fit with very little wobble. Getting close to finishing this one up:)
  2. I have been thinking of getting one myself just for the challenge. There's a great sense of achievement when a bad kit turns out good.
  3. I've heard that particular MPC Charger kit is enough for some people to pack up the hobby! That Peterbilt though is an awesome kit.
  4. The Mrs picked this up the other day for herself, but muggins here is the one who has to build it. She thinks it's punishment for me stealing her kitchen table, so I tried to look sad! Hahahahahaha!!.. oops, Shhhhh!! sad face, sad face! xD
  5. Cheers guys. Got the engine finished up and painted the door cards. Really nice detailed kit this.
  6. ooh, I wish Round2 would make that one!
  7. Stunning paint and the interior looks amazing! Looks brand new off the dealer forecourt, beautiful!
  8. Good looking build and nice colour. Diggin those wheels.
  9. Nice detailing under the hood. Very nice job.
  10. Looking good, really nice colour on this.
  11. An amazing restoration, you wouldn't know anything was even done to it. The colour choice looks spot on, I really like this. Very nice work!
  12. That looks gorgeous, what an amazing paint job. Stunning!
  13. It looks great in those colours, very nice build.
  14. Beautiful work, really nice job on the hinges opening everything up. Very nice.
  15. Absolutely amazing work! The International cabover is such a great looking rig, especially with that load on the back looking equally a stunning. I have to say, this is one of my favourite big rig builds I've seen so far, I love everything about this. Very very nice work, Juergen!?
  16. That looks stunning, very nice work. Beautiful looking Kenworth too! They really good together.
  17. Those colours look great together.
  18. Just finished painting the body. This blue actually looks pretty darn good now against the white!
  19. I've decided to order another can of Kingfisher Blue for the interior. After considering all the other colour options, it seems the only interior colour that will work with this shade of blue is the exact same colour of the exterior.
  20. Thanks, David. I've decided to stick with the blue metallic. Just done some work on the underside with some blue overspray so no going back now!
  21. I have thought of that but the white might be overpowering against such a dark colour, but then again there is a lot of white on the exterior so it might work.
  22. Nice, I like the DS. I'm the same when it comes to drawing, if I don't have a picture in front of me the cars come out looking more like caricatures or comic versions of the real thing!
  23. Thanks, guys. I might do a dark blue with a kind of charcoal grey. Here's a picture, it's the wrong car and ignore the bright blue but gives an idea of what I might go with.
  24. I must have missed this one! Great work so far, I'm liking where this '57 is going. Good work on the rear lights, I had to do something similar on mine when they disintegrated from brush cleaner.
