  1. The things you see on the motorway just make you wonder sometimes. About twenty years ago I was driving back from Essex to Wales, I had just passed over the Severn bridge. In front of me was a smoke belching old Transit van loaded with scrap. The safety net had ripped and every few miles something was falling off. I tried flashing my headlights to warn him but he wasn't interested and just kept driving, dropping bits of scrap along the way until the whole lot suddenly let go! Although I was a fair distance behind him I still managed to obliterate an old electric heater doing 70mph! There wasn't any mobile phones then like today so I followed him as far as I could but he was driving off right into the backwoods of nowhere, so I gave up turned around and just reported it to the police. Nothing ever came of it and I never heard anything more about it.
  2. Super nice builds. I like the showroom look.
  3. That's a sweet looking build. Very nice colour, and I like the tinted glass.
  4. Man, that looks good! I actually really like the front styling on the prototype, though probably looked too far out there for the time.
  5. Beautiful looking car, very nice. Nice detailing too.
  6. Nice build. I like this kit, I build one recently and it go's together very well.
  7. Lovely looking Corvette.
  8. Very nice line-up. Liking these.
  9. Those are super cool, very 70's.
  10. Yes, I noticed that. It's a very fine metallic. I really need to get into airbrushing, the metallic aerosols I use do tend to be heavy with the flake.
  11. Since my collie cross, Buffy, died in 2016 I haven't even thought about another dog. I still talk about her as if she's still laying next to me on the couch, still feels like she's there sometimes for a split second when I'm say watching the TV and not really thinking about it. Coming home the other week, I walked through the door and there was my girlfriend with this little surprise sleeping on her lap. Her name is "Hope" She's a Welsh Corgi. She's partially blind, but that doesn't stop her from doing what puppies do, full of energy, getting up to mischief, and playful as you like! It feels strange having another dog here but she's settled right in, and even does some of the things Buffy used to do, like sitting on my feet and even bopping her nose on my leg when she wants food, lol. So yeah, I never thought I'd see a new puppy in the house, or how I'd even feel about one, but I find myself treating her like I did Buffy as a puppy, so she's definitely got a cushy life ahead of her, Lol.
  12. Looks nice. Good colour choice. I love these mid 60's Rivs, beautiful cars. I had a Corgi die cast of this in gold as a kid, the front and rear lights lit up when you held it up against a light source.
  13. That's a beauty. Love the steelies with the caps, very much back in fashion on old muscle.
  14. Proper old school looking build, very nice.
  15. Lovely, very nice build. Engine detail looks great.
  16. ooh yes, now that's very nice! Amazing colour, very clean building there. Nice nice nice!
  17. Great little site. How cool are those marble promos, hu? I wonder if Round2 keep a sneaky stash of current marble pops when clearing out the injectors? A limited addition run of those would be pricey!
  18. eBay! Lol. Where I live there are no model shops at all, none.
  19. Cool. Interesting project, look forward to seeing it come together.
  20. It looks like very little effort went into re-boxing this one. Box art looks like armature hour in Paintshop pro, and I doubt they included a six cylinder either, still, I'll pick one up. It's a nice simple kit with lots of building options.
  21. Lol, can you imagine the DeLorean coming with Coke decals! xD The irony!
  22. Stunning interior and engine detail. Beautiful build.
  23. Beautifully detailed build. Love the colour, very nice. Love the Cougars, such cool looking cars.
  24. Amazing, very nice build and the weathering is perfect.
