  1. They don't get wilder than that! Looks awesome, very nice job.
  2. Turned out looking great. Nice colour combo and interior looks really good.
  3. Beautiful looking GTO, I really like the convertible shots.
  4. Amazing looking build. Crazy good detail, it really does look real. Stunning work, well done!
  5. Good looking build, nice colour combo.
  6. Lovely detail and I like the rust effect on the radiator surround. That's a really nice colour blue too, I like it.
  7. Beautiful colour. Very nice work on this.
  8. I love Cowboy Bebop! I first watched it back in the 90s when early digital TV had those oddball channels that would broadcast random shows for a few weeks and then disappear. I'm not a huge anime fan but Bebop is such a good series, and the movie was pretty darn good too.
  9. Very nice looking truck and the colours look great. I really like that cab though, it looks similar style to the AECs and ERFs we had here.
  10. Looks amazing. I too really like that colour, and your detailing is great especially around the wiper arms. I have wire wheels like that in my spares stash and been wondering what to use them on. I think I might pick one of these up after seeing this, very nice build!
  11. Great looking revamp on your T-Bird, a big improvement regarding the colour. Metallic paint is a must for this style of car. These are very simple kits and a bit uninspiring on opening the box, and the box art doesn't help, but what can be made of it makes it a real hidden gem. Very nice build!
  12. Thanks. I like that the kit came with a long chassis, it's easier to remove material than it is to add it. If it ever gets released again I'd love to build a grain truck using the long chassis.
  13. Nice looking work so far. It's going to be a real eye catcher with that stance and wheels.
  14. That colour looks really nice.
  15. Nice. This is a beautiful kit, and seeing your usual high standards applied to this it's going to look amazing! Can't wait to see the end result:)
  16. yeah, I didn't know there was an MPC version, but like you say they remained relatively unchanged, unlike the Dodge. I'm thinking of using the Chevy fire rescue van for my WLS radio van, although very different it has a much more classic look than the facelifted Dodge.
  17. wow, very nice! Lots of colourful detail. I like the wheels, and the colour combo looks really nice.
  18. ah, ok. I wish they facelifted the MPC Econoline instead of the Dodge! Lol
  19. It's not a bad kit to be honest, it's just let down by very bad instructions. What I did when assembling... although I still got it wrong! was to mark the inside of the panels with different coloured pens to know which panel connected to the right one. Luckily the mistake I made only resulted in a missing centre rib on the side panels. That YouTube video shows how well the parts fit in the wrong places. It's a pretty sneaky kit in that regard!
  20. Very nice looking build, I like the colours. The long frame looks good on this and the single exhaust stack is nice.
  21. Thanks, Jim. It might be, I think the mould dates back to the early 70s. This was boxed as the AMT Semi Trailer... great kit, terrible instructions!
  22. Very nice colours. Interior looks tidy, very clean, and the detail on the dash is superb! I like this.
  23. The good thing about the Econoline is, as far as I know, body wise it remained unchanged. I think its the Coca Cola van now?
  24. I've built this trailer and apart from the spues not being numbered, yet numbered on the instructions:/ it's a great looking kit. I've watched that video of the build when I bought mine and the guy really messed up on the roof and possibly the side panels, not his fault as the instructions really are vague at best, even after I studied the kit very carefully and watched a couple of videos I still messed it up too! The roof and side panels go in a very specific order, otherwise you end up with a huge gap above the rear doors, also the roof and side panel support frame in the centre of the trailer won't fit and you get a sagging roof, that also has to fit in a specific way. The side panels can be fitted either side in any order but there's only one way they are supposed to fit! In other words, all the panels can be fitted together because everything is exactly square and fools you into thinking it's assembled correctly. The mistake I made on mine was on the side panels, the two at the rear are on the wrong sides which left me with a missing rib in the centre of the trailer and the roof support frame is fitted backword inside because of this. 25. I'm glad I stubbled on to this thread, I've been looking for a tool that can scribe lines like that of the door jams. I have some kits I'd like to convert to four door models.
