  1. Lower is definitely better, perhaps some indy car mirrors from the 90s. Actually I like the 1976 Ferrari F1 mirrors.
  2. Now doesn't that look better already?
  3. I believed this is one of my "lost inventory" kits and am looking forward to the build. There is just something wrong with the rear view mirror mounts that bothers me styling wise. I would be tempted to remove them and follow the scribe window lines. If the clear window parts allow.
  4. I would venture to guess that it is for Accessing the magneto since it appears to be hidden behind a firewall. (true this is a highly detailed model but I expect is accurate)
  5. Mistake not the # for a "hashtag" or "pound" but instead as a number.
  6. I somewhat withdraw my suggestion, however it is possible to place two strips together back to back and fuse them with a ht iron.
  7. Edge banding wood veneers usually have a hot melt backing so they can be ironed on to the side of shelves etc. Wood working section, probably hardware.
  8. Ah, for the days when cigars were wrapped in thin veneers
  9. A record is a record I guess. Strange 2 cyl, supercharged even. V8 quartered.
  10. It is always 4:20 somewhere in the world! And if you don't use the 24 hr clock you get it TWICE a day! But we digress...
  11. You can always tell when you get to 16/05/25. Unless they ad a couple of months then we'll all be up a creek.
  12. Took a different side street home and saw this classic old WW2 Jeep!
  13. Are you going to do the snow mobile too? Maybe drop a V12 in it or at least a Porsche 912?
  14. I was wondering how or if it would spray. Very impressive.
  15. Beautifully detailed boat, too! Thanks for adding. Sorry I can't make the show sounds exciting.
  16. Curious that for a proposed military vehicle it is only front wheel drive.
  17. I was wondering if these were dimensional and could be used for raised lettering details.?
  18. Clear 'Wind Shields' were not common on Indy cars, with a few exception, until the 40s on and them mostly small rectangles ala most Millers,Blue Crowns and Maserati. Gaston Chevrolet used a metal deflector where Tommy Milton's 1921 winning Frontenac had no deflector. I believe, and may be wrong, but the Aurora cars are roughly 1/32 scale so FFP wheels wouldn't work.
  19. What would I like to build... Hmmm?
  20. While waiting at the DMV to register my truck...
  21. Quick question, are the letters at the bottom of the decal sheet dimensional?
  22. I expect a strong cross wind would give you a moment of angst.
