  1. Looks like its ready for the strip to me. Extremely clean!
  2. Fantastic body work and creativity. Really Superb!
  3. Really cool. That would be a handful to drive.
  4. WOW. Really nice and as others have said the detailing is amazing
  5. Wow. You can almost smell the gasoline and hear the glass packs
  6. Great build. Those colors really pop.
  7. Looks great! Nice detail on the hood straps
  8. Exceptional craftsmanship on both of those beauties!
  9. As the body work continues, I took a break from sanding and worked on the stance Not or really sold on the wheels, any thoughts on the stance? the body is going to be a metallic black\ charcoal color and I’m going with a bright red and black interior I usually finish the body first, bit this kit it the first one that I’m doing any kind of body mods to, it’s really a lot of work. The humidity is very high here. Taking for ever for even the primer to dry (although I probably put it on too thick)
  10. Thank you for the clarification! I will be patient, and am wanting to help support the magazine and our hobby. Thanks again
  11. Hi. I still have not received any issues. I paid via paypal. Please let me know If there is a problem or if I need to show proof of payment
  12. I am very impatient. Its the biggest downfall of all my models
  13. Looking good Michelle! Looks like its ready for a trip to the beach...
  14. Looks great. Niec job on the disection!
  15. I know how frustrating that can be. I usually start with the body on my builds, then go from there. All craft paints are not created equal
  16. Looking sharp. What color are going with?
  17. Looks great. The detail on the engine is killer. Looking forward to more on this!
  18. Could be. I will build another one some day
  19. Amazing work!
  20. I’ll be following along with your build as well. The thing I learned from this kit is to test fit everything! I must have somehow gotten the engine in mine too far back. The shaker didn’t line up with the hole I. The hood and the radiator hoses were too short.
  21. Thank you for the kind words! Just have some fun with it.
  22. It was a challenge. I did my best and am not a perfectionist! There is a build thread and an under glass thread as well Here are a couple pics form my build thread:
  23. Bit of an update. I sanded the sprue sticking through the holes with an Emory board used for fingernails then wet sanded with 400 I think it came out pretty good. Definitely can’t feel them. The ones on the fenders turned out about the same. I also used the emory board to finish removing the drip rails and rear window trim I did get some gray primer shot on it and will see how it looks tomorrow
  24. Looking good. I like the look of the continental kit
