Craig... it looks good! I agree, rest of interior in dark colours... gives the front buckets an "aftermarket" look, which is fine on a small performance car like your scooby.
The Rommel's Rod begs modification! The 'armored' one is a great idea. Maybe replace the chrome disk on the spare also? All kinds of possibilities here. Keep us posted.
I think the peak on the front of the hood just looks wonky. It looks to be at odds with the rest of the lines. Perhaps if the peak was cut off the hood, and blended to the nose?. Either that, or just tone down the entire bulged hood.
This is the only flipnose I could find in my albums. Note the chrome bars... they would be attached to the nose, which would in turn be aligned on the front of the car. Once that is established, just attach the bars to the frame rails. HTH.

Mine arrived yesterday. That's all that matters. Sooner or later, the mag arrives. Meantime, maybe Gregg could start... a web site for us model geeks? Something to pass the time between... what? Huh?
Oh... Nevermind.
Christian! That era Caprice are hard to find even over here! They were also widely used as police cars, that image always come to mind when I see one. Fix that rust blister & dent! It will be worth it. Enjoy your new ride!
I don’t know if I can help you, Mike. I’m not sure of the description. I have used thin plastic strip to replicate drip rail, I found the corners will bend tighter if they are softened with some liquid cement first.
