  1. Thanks. Yup, it does have that vibe.
  2. Thanks man.
  3. Thanks for the info.
  4. This kit was given to me by a good friend (Roger S.) and I was setting here thinking of what I could do with it to make a really kewl build. A Pro Street seemed like a pretty good fit since I had some wheels & tires from an M2 kit. I did a rough cut on the bed floor to get these big ole meats to fit. I also cut out a lot of the plastic in the engine bay area to get the wheels & tires to come up as high as possible. Not sure if I'm going to make this one curbside or stick a Big ole nasty engine in it.
  5. Oh yeah. Looking pretty sweet there Luke. You going to leave those Big ole meats exposed so you can see them through the back glass?
  6. Not a whole lot going on with this build fellows. I did a mock-up just to see how things are going. The wheel backs are pinned to the chassis so the wheels are just setting in place for now. I'm looking at the box art and the kit trying to decide how I'm going to mask off the area around the headlights for the two tone paint.
  7. Thank's James. Going slow on this one. Thank's. Yup, seems to be pretty nice so far.
  8. WOWSER...that's one bad looking 57 Hardtop Luke. That just looks so clean. Are you using one of those light boxes for your photos?
  9. Thanks man. Much obliged. Thanks and I appreciate ya checking it out man.
  10. Thanks Robert.

    '66 Mustang

Good looking 66 Mustang Jeremy. That's a good looking blue. I built one as a Pro Street.
  12. Thanks Mario. I like the classic Street Rods, Hot Rods, and Gassers.
  13. Wow...thanks for the kind words Claude. Much obliged.
  14. Thanks Spike. I do appreciate it.
  15. Ok fellows, I'm back on this one now. This morning I'm just playing catch up and trying to figure out just where I left off at. I do have the engine finished up and mounted in the chassis. I need to do a lot of trial fitting and then start cleaning up the body so I can get it in primer. This will be a two tone so it's been a couple years since I've did one.
  16. Thanks Greg. It's been a while since I checked this thread. I was concentrating on finishing up my 55 Ford Pickup.
  17. Yup, that's just a good looking Hot Rod Chuck.
  18. Haha...yeah, I had to beat this one like a red-headed stepchild to get it to except that paint. It's still giving me dirty looks ?. I did not clear the Molotow chrome but I let it set for a few days. I call it my "Howie Mandel" chrome, it doesn't like to be touched.
  19. Thank's Luke. Yup, the red and black always works nice together. Well, I was about the throw the towel in but gave it one more shot. I appreciate ya Buddy. Thanks.
  20. Nice work there Roger with the traction bar mounts and the fuel tank.
  21. Those header flanges look pretty nice.
  22. Nice looking Chevelle. That blue looks nice and crisp.
  23. Thanks DJ. I'm happy with how it turned out.
