I'm calling this one done fellows. Under Glass: https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/192552-1957-chevy-bel-air-street-machine/

Just finished this one up earlier fellows. Pretty much a box stock build except I changed out the wheels & tires, added two 4 barrel carbs, and wired the engine. This was my first time using Splash Paints and it turned out pretty good. Body color is Torch Red cleared with 2K clear Urethane. The story behind this is the ole boy running this 57 Chevy built a 350 four bolt main engine and slipped a low profile two 4 barrel intake on it that came off of an old Vette he found in the junk yard. This way he could close the hood. He puts his slicks on for a Saturday night run to the local hang out in town looking for a grudge match to pick up a little extra cash. Great kit to build but like all builds for me it didn't go together without some issues here and there. Hope you guys like this one.
