  1. Nice looking Mario. Looks like a piece of candy setting there ? I really like those Firestone tires. Nice job.
  2. Thanks Buddy. Yeah it does look like a wore out Gasser but I prefer some paint I think.
  3. Well....after doing a little mock-up I have decided to go with the blown engine out of the Revell 29 Roadster. Had to cut out the transmission cross member but it's looking pretty good. The headers do touch the floor pan but the chassis and floor pan mate up just fine. The stock drive shaft even fits perfect.
  4. Thanks Buddy. Getting there if I can't get the paint to working for me.
  5. Thanks Ian.
  6. Thanks Ray. I didn't think the front end was all that bad. The back is what got me to scratching my head.
  7. That's looking pretty sharp. All the detail work looks pretty nice.
  8. I think this morning I'm going to try to lightly color sand the finish with some 1000 grit. I have never color sanded before so I have a question. If I color sand to get out some of the trash and rough spots, will I need to repaint the body??? Or, after a light sanding can I hit it with the clear coat. Will the finish look ok with a light sanding and clear coat ??? Thanks for any input fellows.
  9. Yeah, the ole double nickel Nomad looks good in both colors Mario. Nice recovery. Can't believe the mist from the Windex did that to the paint. I use Windex all the time in the garage, and I thin my acrylic paints with it.
  10. Thanks Dave. I do appreciate it. Thanks man.
  11. Thanks Bill. That color worked out well.
  12. Thanks for the feedback Cliff.
  13. Thanks Tom.
  14. Thanks Tony. Yup....shock are installed. See pics above. My rear shocks set the differential in the correct location. You are correct about the front shocks, not much of an area to attach them but they did go on.
  15. After lunch today it was around 52° with 28% humidity so I thought I would try and get some paint on the Henry J. Unfortunately it was a little to windy and it just wasn't working out well. Lot of trash in the paint and the paint finish looks chunky. Guess I should have known better but just couldn't wait. On a good note I did get the interior finished.
  16. Coming along pretty nice there Jason. Love work your doing.
  17. Yeah, that's a fun little bug in the sand with that Nailhead. High HP and miles of beach. Nice job.
  18. That looks lean and mean. Stance looks pretty good, and the color is nice.
  19. Haha....pretty kewl looking Rat Rod. I like the triple headlights.
  20. Nice looking pickup. Super clean looking white paint and nice looking wheels and tires.
  21. Great repaint on the Caravan Mario. Looks nice man.
  22. Nice looking build Scott. Looks like your glass fit pretty good as well.
  23. Nice looking pair of Pontiac's. love the co!or on both.
  24. Boy, that thing has some serious cancer. Looks pretty kewl. Nice job Mario
