  1. I picked up this kit at Wally World last week so I thought is would make a good candidate for a Pro Street. I'm using the chassis from the AMT 66 Nova Pro Street kit which took very little mods to slide it under the wagon. Just a quick sanding of the rear tubs with the dremel and it fit pretty good. I have a couple engines if I decide to not go curbside. This is still early on so I'm still in the thinking stage.
  2. Nice Craig. I've just modified my 66 Nova chassis to fit under the 63 Chevy II wagon. Getting ready to get under way with my Pro Street build. I'll be following this thread.
  3. Looking good James. I cut the little peg off the frame where it located in the hole in the oil pan and moved the engine towards the firewall. Make sure your hood will still close all the way. When you spin the rad around the cap is up a little high to fully close the hood.
  4. Welcome aboard Buddy. Take a stroll around and settle in for a long ride.
  5. Nice 53 Ford Mario. Love that color. I really like that body style.
  6. Nice looking Chevelle. Very clean looking build.

Great looking little Hot Rod. Love the Jag rear suspension setup. Nicely done.
  8. I believe this was a 1950 Oldsmobile.
  9. Thanks fellows. Much appreciated.
  10. Man oh man Buddy. That purple pops against that white. Nice paint.
  11. Looks good Tom. Welcome to the playground.
  12. Thanks fellows. I'm on the road now but when I get back I'll assess what I'm going to do with the 55.
  13. Thanks for the comments fellows.
  14. Nice looking. Great job
  15. That Nova Wagon is looking pretty sharp.
  16. Did some more trail fitting and all looked good but disaster hit. I started putting the bmf on the side trim and the blade started chipping paint off. Never seen this before so I changed blades. Still chipping paint. Not sure what was going on so I peeled off the bmf and cut a new piece and changed blades again. Still chipping paint, I have not clue. As always, I let the weight of the blade do the cutting. Paint job is trashed.....I'm am so ticked off. It's back in the box. Probably needs to be stripped. Just not up for it at this point.
  17. Looking good so far Charlie. Looks like you're going with the straight 6 out of the kit.
  18. Sounds like the glass will fit in that gap. I'm using the 55 firewall and the Interior tub just clears the firewall.
  19. Thanks Chaz. Much appreciated.
  20. Man that 66 looks good. I like anything Pro Street. That color looks really nice. Maybe some bigger exhaust pipes like 2 1/2" to 3" to let that puppy breath ☺
  21. Nice looking pickup Mario. That orange looks nice and clean.
  22. What a nice collection. They all look pretty kewl.
  23. Good looking Corvair. Reminds me of the Corvair and VW my father in-law used to have. Nice job.
