Super glossy finish… liking that two-tone paint. ?
  2. Helpful Camera Tips: Mount the camera on a tripod, place it on a solid surface or even a bag of rice. If you want to eliminate all camera shake (and get a little fancy) you could use the Self Timer function. After pressing the shutter button, the countdown timer will allow vibrations to settle down before the exposure is taken resulting in sharper photos. Set the camera to Manual mode and play around with Shutter Speed and Aperture. Use the LCD screen to determine the best exposure. In certain situations, the camera’s light meter can be fooled when set to Automatic or Program modes resulting in over or under exposed photos.
  3. Beautiful looking car with fine craftsmanship. What camera are you using?
  4. Thanks John :^) The camera I use is a Canon 7D. I like the ‘flatter’ look (no distortion) you get when the camera is positioned farther away from the model. Cellphones are great but you have to get much closer to fill the frame which can result in wide angle distortion. Having said that, this can provide a cool look from certain angles, too.
  5. agreed. like the clean look better. excellent! Much appreciated. :^)
  6. Top notch, very nicely built and modified.
  7. Excellent craftsmanship, beautiful paint and chrome.
  8. Great looking bug. Your mods work well, nice colour and paint, too. ?
  9. Nice fresh look on a classic body. ?
  10. Oooh, that’s a sweet ride. Nicely done. ?
  11. Not perfect? That’s the finest build of that kit I’ve ever seen. ?
  12. Brings back a lot of memories from the 80’s. Nice build and thanks for the short trip back in time.?
  13. Thanks Harry. Yep, did a little extra from my usual on this one. The hose clamps are just fine wire. Wrapped it around the "hose", twisted it tight and cut off the excess wire on the underneath side. First time I ever did that. Ah, very crafty. Gonna have to give that a try. Thanks!
  14. That is a cool looking dragster and you did a perfect job with the build. Great choice of colour and decals; nice work on the bones too.?
  15. Really like all that extra detail you put in the engine. Those tiny hose clamps must have been a challenge. ?
  16. Great colour choices and fine work all around. ?
  17. Awesome colour combo on a nice build. Shame about the rear window.
  18. Nice looking build. Liking that weathering on the chassis. All that chrome has scared me away from this kit - you’ve done a great job on it.

Beastly car. Light box photography looks good. ?
  20. Great looking car from top to bottom. ?
  21. No offence taken. I don’t disagree as I’m not really a big fan of low profile titles. Perhaps I could have lowered the ride height a bit to compensate.
  22. Mike, someone stole your car!!
  23. Nice build. Looks good in white. Really like that interior, too. ?
  24. Looks waaaaaay nicer than the Turtle Wax version! Well done sir.
  25. Cool looking body. Body/wheel colour combos work well together. Was the resin difficult to work with due to its more brittle nature?
