  1. One of my all time favorite shows. Great job recreating the El Camino. It’s a shame that it was cancelled before Earl could finish his list.
  2. Up went the blue steel balloon as it scraped passed dead branches projecting sporadically from palm trees scattered across the fog-covered mire.
  3. Sister ship to the H.M.S. Bonbon, H.M.S. Not Bonbon was scuttled after a flock of wawas destroyed her onboard vending machines, thus rendering her useless and her crew disillusioned.
  4. Prey scattered in all directions as the oncoming fleet of devious Ticonderoga Tri-Write pencils bore down from above, releasing incendiary bombs over the lampshade mines below.
  5. Overthought solutions for relatively simple situations was part of what led to the downfall of the Great Grape Empire.
  6. Works like “Flight of the Bumblebee” have been successfully utilized via loudspeaker in the process of droning out screams and explosions often associated with the annual Toyotathon sales event.
  7. Terribly sad indeed. On the flip side, a Jalopnik article that isn’t chock full of shameless political commentary and dozens of typos? Impressive.
  8. That poor Ford (The Barris Abomination)... actually, the Bronco too, those little tires are just emasculating.
  9. I like your idea Bill, although if you’re talking Art and Science design language, I prefer the CTS-V wagon. Practical and already equipped with a supercharged 6.2 V8.
  10. Nice to know those ELRs were good for something after all.
  11. Hydrogen was up and coming back when Arnold was governor of Kallyfoanya. Now it’s been all but relegated to the dustbin of failed motoring innovations, which is unfortunate because hydrogen is superior to electric in many ways. Faster refueling time, gas stations could be refitted with hydrogen tanks and pumps (less drastic of a change to infrastructure), less harmful mining for battery materials overseas, no expensive battery to replace every decade or so, and one could even argue that hydrogen is safer. The only advantage that I see with electric would be faster acceleration. The best solution for energy needs I could imagine involves hydrogen-powered vehicles, nuclear power plants, hydroponics, and heavy equipment running on biofuel; with gasoline use slowly falling out of favor, not being mandated out of favor.
  12. They run off of starbucks too... technically they’re hybrids.
  13. Yeah, the part that irked me the most about this kit is the grille and grille surround piece, one of the grill sections is pretty cockeyed. Good thing I’m building it as a used truck. The chrome on the front bumper actually had a run in it, so I stripped it and painted it to look like brushed aluminum. Nice find on the aftermarket exhausts. They look great. Is the top portion of the stacks turned aluminum?
  14. You’ll know for sure in a year or two when Round2 has made the tooling for a few upcoming kits.
  15. With how much ethanol is in it these days, it goes bad quicker. Little two strokes suffer considerably from this. It’s not a bad idea to clean out the carb and flush the tank on a mower that’s been in storage all winter.
  16. I’ve never heard of anybody referring to ‘55-‘57 Chevys as shoeboxes, Tri-Chevy yes. Shoebox is a nickname given to those Fords due to their overall shape.
  17. I understand if you’re not able to go into details too much this soon, but will there be a soft top option as well?
  18. Mary Kay cosmetics must’ve gotten tired of Cadillacs...
  19. Shooting up out of bed in a cold sweat, grasping and reaching around for an AMT 1963 Oldsmobile Jetfire, while reality slowly sets in. Aaaand scene!
  20. Great job. Glad to see the paint turned out nice. That’s quite a tasteful improvement over how the kit is out of box.
  21. Zero chance, but I’d like to see a kit of a Chrysler K car. With just a few extra pieces, it could be a 2 in 1 kit containing options to build a Dodge Aries or Plymouth Reliant. Derivatives can be made too, such as coupes, wagons, Chrysler LeBaron, etc. Although, given their boxy, compact, and simple design, K cars would lend themselves well to 3d printing.
  22. Jeep CJs, Jeep Wrangler (YJ, TJ, JK, JL), Mazda Miata (NA, NB, NC, ND), Toyota Supra (A40, A50, A60, A70, A80), Ford Escort (Mk1-Mk6), Lincoln Continental Mark II-Mark VIII, etc.
