Lindberg Dodge A100
happy grumpy replied to happy grumpy's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Thanks Guys. Lee, the kit comes with something that looks like a small block V8 but it's not detailed so I did the bare minimum and besides, it's pretty much hidden. -
MPC 1978 Dodge D100

Great job on the truck. I always liked this decade of Dodge trucks. Wish Moebius would tackle the 60 and 70's Dodges. Thanks Round 2 for re issuing it. Great color choice BTW. -
Absolute show stopper!

Built from the lil' red wagon kit. I did not put too much details on this. Just slapped this together and hope it would look decent. The paint is inspired by one similar posted here, so whoever you are , thanks for the inspiration . It's a nice color combo. An old kit so some fit issues but overall I am kind of pleased by the results. The difference in color is due to a different lighting I used . Thanks for looking.

1934 Ford Truck

Nice build. That yellow really makes it pop. -
Really nice bug and I agree this kit is well engineered. I have built several of those. My only gripe about it is the wheels, they could have done better especially with all the effort that went in designing the kit. I like the two tone combo you went for. It sure looks the part.

Awesome build Tom. Perfect color for this car . The beautiful outside shots makes that great paint job show its beautiful shade.

Great job on the Camino. The harder the work the more rewarding. Now you have something beautiful to look at while your nerves recover. ??

Cool ride. The first one is always the toughest. For a first try I'd say it's pretty good. The pattern is symmetrical and straight. The interior is very well detailed and painted.

Great photos. Black and white fits so well cars from that time. We saw so much of these in old black and white movies and series.

Really cool build. I agree. Like many MPC kits from that time, The generic chassis details were lacking, their bodies were looking great though. I did something similar with mine. I took the 68 plymouth AMT engine and chassis. I had the more recent issue in the tin box which had the right dashboard and good decals. Great job all around on yours. Thanks for sharing.
