that's a real beauty and what a paint job. Nice and clean all around. ? -
Very good looking plane jane Camaro, we don't see these very often.

That turned out well despite all the problems. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet since there is no alternatives. It was well worth it.

Great looking replica. The repair you did makes the difference. I ran in a similar issue when I built the 69 torino cobra.

Thanks Michelle Thanks Bob, moving the wheels outward sure makes it look more aggressive. Thanks Dave. The Dukes is on my to do's but I sur would go with the revell kit, I would only use the decals and wheels from the MPC kit. Thanks James. Thanks Eric. Looking forward to look at your Charger. Thanks Trevor. Interesting fact about the color correcting . Several factors affect how color is rendered, not to mention how monitor screens render color and lighting being a big factor. For me, if it looks right then it's good enough for me. Thanks Chris. Thanks Doyle Thanks Paul Thanks Mike. Thanks Ray. Thanks David. This is my second favorite movie car after the mustang from Bullitt. Thanks Helmut. I remember watching this movie and being shocked by the unexpected ending. Thanks Lee. Thanks Gareth. There was a nice, gritty vibe to these movies. the stunts were real and raw. The chopper stunt was awesome and Vic Morrow was such in character. I like to re watch it from time to time. Thanks Bruce, glad you like it. Thanks John, ? Thanks Craig.

Looks great in that garage. -
Truly impressive. Nice to see your father influenced you into the hobby. First place on your first show, nothing to laugh about, but every reason to proud. That would certainly bring a smile.

Great detailing on an aging mold. I like the details you put in this thing. The color is perfect for it. Awesome build.

With patience and skill, old kit can build into very nice model as you demonstrated with this one. Although old, I'm glad we can still have these to build. Personally I like the ability to build models that I did when I was young. Great job on the vette

When I built the Bullitt charger, in order to have a vinyl top, I swapped the body with the 69 charger from Revell. Which left me with a complete kit to built a smooth top 69 . So I went for Crazy Larry's ride. I had some trouble with the front end, it did not fit really good but after some trial and error, it went together although not as good as I would have hoped for. Still, anyone who watched that movie will be able to recognize this classic. Some scenes in the movie show a 68 front grille but the hero car was a 69. I printed the decals but had some trouble on one side but it's not too apparent. The wheels came from the spare box. I moved them a little bit outward to fill the fenders and a beefier look. The color is a mix of green and yellow from Tamiya. I don't know the exact color, it changes when you compare the movie from actual photos so I just eyeballed it. As always , thanks for looking
