Not my area of expertise but I built this kit when I was young and totally botched it so I wanted to have at least one funny car in my collection , so here it is. I added plug wires and took some artistic license when I painted the wheels and the headers. The rest is pretty much what's in the box. I painted the base coat, applied the decals , clear coated and polished. Note that one wire got loose which I realized after taking the photos. No wonder the engine was running rough!?

Beautiful interior details. Nice and clean paint and trim. I wish AMT would have tooled the standard grille as an option for those who want to have a slant 6 duster.

Looking great.

Welcome John. Some nice builds you've got there.

Thanks David. I appreciate it.

Really cool. That paint job is stunning.

This is my holy grail kit. I hope they re-issue this kit. Your model looks like a sale brochure of the real car. The level of detail is amazing, your flawless paint job make it so real. I want this kit even more now.

Cool looking model. Modern quick builds , easy click or snap kits have come a long way. they can build into nice display models.

Thanks James Thanks Lee Thanks John. glad it inspired you. Thanks Chris. Thanks Doyle. Thanks Bob. I appreciate it. Thanks David. Oh I have botched a few, those I keep for spare parts.? Thanks Tom. Thanks Greg. Thanks Michael. Thanks Helmut. The tires in this kit are really nicely molded and they seem to be period correct. They are even branded as Good year. Usually Revell does not have branded tires, at least most of of their kits that I have built.

Great build. Always loved that car, beautiful design. I feel you, BMF can be a a pain but your Chrysler turned out great. Always nice to see this kit built.

Great build. Although an old mold, that's the only one available but it can still build in a great model ,as your model shows. I wish Moebius would tackle the 70's dodge pick ups like they did the Fords. -
Nice looking building . I've always liked the funny look of this car. So classic.

Wow, that's a meanie with that powerhouse hemi. Not a Duster anymore, more like a... atomizer. ?? I really like that color.

Great work on the merc and I agree. That Washi tape is a great idea to paint patterns.

Very nice build. Having built this kit I can tell it's a very well designed kit that compares well to the tamiya. The color is vibrant and the timing is very clean. Well done Serg. Stay safe.

Another box art build. Very nicely detailed and a real fun to assemble. The wood parts were painted tan and slightly washed with Tamiya panel liner brown and then top coated with Tamiya clear yellow. Racing green was use for the body. It is a close match to the box art, although the colors often vary from print batches. It's one of those kits that is fun to do after a couple of challenging ones. I only regret using the dark wood panel decals as they seem too dark compared to the picture on the box. Thanks for looking.
