Put a 34 Slammer body on an AMT Pickup truck chassis and flathead. Was going for that ole stockcar look. Check out the progression on W.I.P if you like. This is the finished build. Thanks for viewing.

Attempting to mount an MPC 34 Slammer Modified body onto an AMT 34 Pickup chassis. Going for an Oldie stockcar look. Using the truck Chassis, flathead engine, radiator and radiator shell. Have fabricated a dashboard, and cowl, firewall, rear wheelwells, brakelines, rollbars, nerfbars, wired up the sparkplugs, and put linkage on the carb, put old fashioned 3 straight pipe headers on the flathead. Got some great artillery wheels from Ron Coon Resins, and truck tires from Plastic Performance Parts. Painted top coat Tamiya Ocean Grey. Going to number and letter it up for my younger brother. Hope you like it. Hope he likes it. Will post in Under Glass Forum when completed. Thanks for looking.
