  1. That turned out really nice?
  2. Loving it. I had a chance to buy one same color combo 440/ auto back in high school for $500( blown engine). I kick myself over and over. Looks fantastic throughout.
  3. Looks great!
  4. Looking great so far, I’m a sucker for purple if you couldn’t tell from avatar. I’ll be watching.
  5. That spoon looks great, good luck with the actual scheme. That will be awesome. I have the 1:18 die cast of it if you want another rendition of the color palette.
  6. Can’t you use the .020 X .040 strip instead, if too tall, file to height desired? I would think you should be able to get 7 evenly spaced, I could be wrong, has happened before?
  7. A work of art, as we have come to see from your talents. You never cease to amaze us Francis.
  8. This one I definitely will watch.
  9. All these Maxis are making me drool!
  10. I just noticed this post. Outstanding! Absolutely gorgeous.
  11. Brittle, take care when fitting tight parts. File chassis a little for easier fitting. Mask up when sanding or grinding. Use CA for attaching anything to it. Wild thickness variations, watch this for window fitment, etc.
  12. That really looks menacing, kudos!
  13. Hemi is looking great!
  14. Great progress, I really could have used an intake like that one?, looking good!
  15. That looks fantastic! It is a shame they sold E Town off, I really liked that track.
  16. Thanks Francis, I was trying to experiment with new things. It definitely taught me not to do it again. All the years that I was a tech, I was pretty adept at bending line, but never aluminum in that thickness.
  17. This is really coming together nicely. Can’t wait to see it finished
  18. I have cage 95 percent configured. I planned on making entire cage out of aluminum tube, but main hoop would not cooperate. I tried styrene rod inside tube, bending between two round objects, etc., just kept kinking. Annealing was out of the question( on my meds, there is no way I use a torch). Now, I have to figure rear aluminum panel and the package tray where cage goes through.
  19. WOW! Sorry for lack of words, still trying to put my eyes back in my head.
  20. Wow, this came a long way since I was sleeping. Keep it coming, watching
  21. You're so nice Keith but I'm afraid I'll disappoint you, I'm just an ordinary guy who likes to complicate his life by making a bunch of parts that you can only really see before they're assembled... But those parts are pure perfection!
  22. That is going to be sick!
  23. Yes, and very well done!
