Really nice work. I really like your brake line hold downs. Grille came out sweet. Where did you find the fuel pressure regulator?

Nice, that AWB is looking really sweet.

Looking great Roger. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you get the door handles off like that? Are they still usable? I want to use aluminum sheet for my Demon panels, but my car still used the original door handles. I would like to get them off without killing them. Also, do you plan on using the resin bumper on the grille, or the one from kit? I noticed that the resin one I have is a terrible fit, and the bumper in my new Demon kit looks so much crisper.

That engine looks too nice to put in a car, work of art. -

Looks great in that color, cool stance.

I think I saw those years ago also. My car had a Victor 340 on it, which is much taller. I have a bunch of single plane big block intakes, but they are short also. Also, this resin engine is larger than others, like the Duster kit. To bring it into scale, it has to rise about .090” off the base. The thickest styrene I have is .080, so I used the thick one and a section of .020 and tapered it down. At the time of the pic, it was not sanded out very well, is looking better, but still at it. Thank you for your idea.

72 Plymouth Roadrunner 426 HEMI 8 Pack

Wow Francis, you knocked my socks off! Incredible build -
This is looking sweet! Following.

Scratch built intake from 7 pieces of styrene sheet varying from.010” to .060”, as nobody makes a victor style intake for sb Mopar. High rise 6 pack intake is next to it to show true height.Next, making scatter shield.

Oh yeah!

Good luck on the respray, the candy blue really looked great on it. If not, primer gray and steal a Hemi out of a matador cop car?

Fantastic! I love the eccentric idea, ingenious

Going to look good in B5. One of the ones I ordered just showed up today, like you, I did find it a little disappointing. I was thinking of using at least part of roll bar for my Demon build. I didn’t think it would be so puny. I do like the clear backup lenses though. Nice engine and sweet Demon

I am definitely following

Next up, engine issues, first being oil pan. My car had an 8 qt. Moroso oil pan, the VCG engine only having stock pan. I measured everything with engine in place in chassis, making sure to clear steering, k frame and ground. I cut oil pan, made sump from .020” styrene, attached and molded to pan. Coming next, making the intake

Great looking color on it

Looking good. Nice and clean. I am in awe of how that engine compartment came out. At least this gives you plenty of room for headers. I have to highly modify the headers on my build. The torsion bars and steering leave very little room.

What do you drive?

Are the Bradford Pears already blooming there? I didn’t even start trimming stuff yet. I am waaaay behind. Pinto came out nice -
Looking good, loving the chrome bits

Thanks Francis. It’s still rough, but it will all work out when I get closer to the bodywork stage. It has a long way to go. I will be using some of your favorite things really soon- aluminum. Your build is helping me in a big way. Thank you.

It was their candy blue rendition I was speaking of.
