The people who drive 40 in a 65 until you try to pass them. The people who stand beside their cart in the grocery store and stare at the shelf Media insulting my intelligence. Basically everyone.

Chrome rims for metal axles

I might have a spare set if they were in the Lindberg releases of the 34. I can check tomorrow/ later today. If I do, they are yours if you want them. -
Thank you! It is sitting curbside style right now. I'm not holding my breath on this one.

Plastic connection on the toilet in the basement broke and sprayed water everywhere. Nice soggy basement carpet now since I didn't hear it for almost 20 minutes. And, of course, I was in the middle of cooking this year's home canned spaghetti sauce.

I have that address incorrect issue with Pegasus They keep telling me it's my bank that has the wrong address when I contact them. My banks (yes two of them) say it is an issue with the card service agency they use. -
To sellers on that auction site, anything OOP is rare and expensive. Just be patient and someone will post one at a more reasonable price.

Bill is correct. Spot putty is intended to fill minor imperfections. But you also don't want to apply heavy coats of two part either too heavy and the heat from it curing can warp parts. I made that mistake on a '69 charger hood and it ended up looking like a potato chip from a can. I stick too several light coats of whatever filler I use and let the coats dry between coats.

AMT 50 Ford convertible engine

You could glue pins of the appropriate diameter in the spindles/ suspension to replace the metal axle. Use styrene rod, wire, or cut the kit axles. Use the appropriate glue. If you cut the kit axle or hardened wire wear eye protection and make sure you use cutter specifically for hardened wire. Not all versions of the AMT '49 Mercury have flathead speed parts. I have several of them with just a stock flathead or the 413 cross ram Dodge (I know it's a MOPAR anyway) as the only options. -
The Slingster has a similar set. It has spoke and wire front wheel options. I just used my set on a funny car, otherwise I'd offer them up.

And pay for their meals (what they eat from my garden and the birdseed bill). As for what I saw, my second Caroline Reaper pepper of the year. -

lack of proof is not a proof of lack. For example just because we have no proof of intelligent life beyond earth does not mean it does not exist. -
Any updates on the Moebius 72 Maverick?

agreed Alan. Whatever we get it will be a starting point. It's up to the builder to build it into what they want. That is the whole point of model building. -
I believe they say they are protecting us. You might put washer fluid in the transmission.

Basement Resin printed parts

Alas, I won't be 3d printing anything from files. My Library uses the plant based stuff in their printers. from what I understand it's not very well suited for detailed prints. -
Rolls-Royce No Chemicals, No Paint, No Harmful Glues
rattle can man replied to Anglia105E's topic in WIP: Model Cars
I understand the no paint. I was thinking if you have questions on something like household cleaners or something. But I also wanted to point out that this resource is there for people who might not know. -
agreed Espo. What I really don't like is that you cannot check the transmission fluid anymore. I do everything before the recommended intervals.

Lots of weeds. Its amazing how they can grow so fast when my other plants can't survive without water every other day. -
In for another round of high heat indices starting tomorrow. I just want one or two days of low humidity and temps so I can get some painting done. Also could use some rain for the garden and lawn.

I might as well jump on the band wagon since there two listing in the market place already. I'm looking for the under hood parts and a trunk handle for an Ideal Model Company Mercedes Coupe.

Rolls-Royce No Chemicals, No Paint, No Harmful Glues

I mentioned finding a Safety Data sheet for items such as paints. As I said before, these contain plain language safety and health information about a product (this is not just paints, but any product that could be hazardous like cleaners, solvents, auto chemicals, pesticides, etc.) . This link is to a Safety Data Sheet SDS/ MSDS) for Tamiya acrylic paint. hobbyco acrylic paints (x) sds 28-09-2023.pdf Section 2 lists the Lable markings and what they mean. Section 3 Lists ingredients. Section 4 lists First aid procedures. Section 8 tells you about exposure control/ protective equipment when using the product. For Tamiya I searched for "Tamiya SDS". It is a bit odd that they don't have it listed on their website. Testors has their SDS linked at the top of their home page like most large companies do. I hope this helps you cut your exposures.
