older subjects are mainly the kits that I am interested in, but something that hasn't been re-released in a long time. If a re-release is done with only decal changes from a kit re-released 5 years ago, I probably won't be buying.

And don't forget tools likely need to go in checked bags. Paint and glue are considered hazardous (at least in larger quantities), so I would check the rules on packing it, size of container etc. If the container breaks, the odor could cause chaos.

How would you do white, reflective markings on a white patrol car? I'm not doing this, but saw a local PD vehicle with this combo the other day and it's got me wondering how this could be done. Perhaps masking and use pearl white for the markings?
