  1. I just got mine yesterday as well. Great looking kit, I can't wait to build. It looks every bit as well concieved as the Hudson.
  2. X2 Looks like its based on the old 'Tennessee Thunder' hauler?
  3. Wow, another one gone. He will be missed.
  4. Nice looking body but for a Benjamin? I think an 80's Cutlass would sell well, and Jordan outlined a good plan.
  5. These are great. I hope Moebius gets a lot of mileage out of the tool and that encourages MORE!

    49 Ford

Tailpipes look just right for flamethrowers. If it was me I'd have the rivets a little smaller, but loving the taildragger stance and stock roof. Keep it going!
  7. Posted 15 April 2012 - 10:49 PM there are VERY few 50's cars that look good chopped in my opinion, so no. it wont be getting chopped. I agree Mark. Outside of the 49-50 Mercs (and they don't look bad stock height) I think the stylists in the 50's got them right the first time. Like where you're going with this.
  8. Great comeback! Love those Cats.
  9. Art Deco meets Batman! I like it a lot
  10. Love your emergency vehicles Terry. Great to see all those on the bench!
  11. If it's black the easiest I've found is a Sharpie marker. Run it around varying the angle until you cover the molded in line.
  12. I need a full size keyboard and monitor screen, sucks to get old. None of the i-stuff works up here anyway, not that I want to walk around talking to myself.
  13. Geoff, check out the instruction sheet for stock interior combinations. There are several 2-tone combos listed, pick one that would compliment your exterior choice ( a good one BTW). Can't wait to see it take shape, it's a great kit.
  14. I'll get some pics up soon, start a WIP thread. The idea of tinted windows in back is interesting, might save a lot of work.
  15. LOL! We had a similar thing when I lived in Duluth many years ago. Not ND, but close. I actually witnessed snow on the 4th of July one year!
  16. I really like this. I'm working on a similar project, trying to make a 'phantom' 59 Cadillac Nomad 2-door wagon. The interior is where I'm stalled now, what are you doing in that area?
  17. Call me old school, I still get the newspaper delivered daily. It's gotten thinner over the years, but I can't bring myself to read anything on the 'puter except this forum.
  18. Supposed to hit 60 today, may be done for the season!
  19. I enjoy seeing 'news' from elsewhere, and it doubles to start the woodstove after !
  20. It must really 'cut' through the air. Great concept and execution.
  21. This is cool. Nice weathering job and I love the base, simple but effective. The storm grate is a nice touch. Nice job!
  22. All mine have flaws, they are what they are you're right. Great looking builds just the same.
  23. Try Southern Motorsports Hobbies. Do a search for #67. They list 3 sheets for Buddy, not sure what years they are. Great job on the body BTW.
  24. 3 sweet rides. A black wash on the grille of the GTO would do wonders, but they're all cool just the same.
  25. I knew it was back up, there was a thread about a month ago? I look in occasionally but never see any activity. I am going to post some kits I'm weeding out to see how it goes.
