  1. I did it myself. Not difficult, but labor intensive and the materials can be costly, I used kilmat and silus products.mid-grade products, bang for your buck.I've got a single cab and did it over a weekend. FYI, just doing the doors will bring a big improvement.
  2. You mentioned toothpaste as a polish, most of them use baking soda or charcoal as a fine abrasive. Could either of those be an option mixed with a little distilled water? Just a thought.
  3. There's no cleaning this one. The moss is structural. Its the only thing holding it together.
  4. Yeah, the house was built in 1940, this property was originally part of the farm just down the road. The original farmhouse, which is basically right below me( I'm up on a hill) was built 1840's. I think the barn is 1900 or so
  5. It's moss. That barn needs to be taken down, it's unsafe, and on the far edge of my property.
  6. This guy made an appearance on my barn roof this evening.
  7. Messed around with the "t" while the clear is curing on the Chevelle. Moved the front axle forward and mocked up a blower on the nailhead. I really want to run hilborn injection on this, but the blower just looks mean.
  8. I've got the same generation gmc. The only mod I've done is full sound deadening in the interior. Huge improvement.

  10. Nice work Michelle, that paint looks awesome. Good choice picking that one.👍👍
  11. Great looking nova👍👍
  12. The five lug is most likely a stronger rear, for the 5.0. It's probably the 8.8, very good differential with the factory option for limited slip. I swapped one into my ranger years ago.
  13. Dirty danglers. They gotta add them 'cause the trucks got none.
  14. I absolutely hate them. Take a SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR truck and make it useless. Sound financial decision. Not to mention after all the work, you're left with the same truck as the other guy. Building any vehicle used to be about originality. Park any three of these things in a line, all the same except color. And don't get me started with dodge/ram guys and tow mirrors.

  16. Unfortunately for us consumer's, that would eat into their profits on the back end, never gonna happen. It would be outstanding customer service if they did what you're saying. That's a nasty financial hit,for sure. Best of luck with everything
  17. Brake clean or carb cleaner is my go to for wasps.
  18. The color of styrene or primer coat can also effect the color you're spraying. Reds over darker primer will look deeper than over light, as an example. Not sure if you plan on using a primer, but food for thought.
  19. Very nice work.
