  1. How to remove metalizer? Touch it.
  2. If I remember correctly..it takes abit of work to get the interior to sit right. I insist that the tops of the tops if the door panels are even. I can't remember what caused it to not sit right. I had to file down the edge of the dashboard and the top of the firewall to make it fit I think. The back window trim is halfass and the side drip molding just ends at the back when it should curve around the back of the quarter glass. But to your question..the newer amt stuff is good. I built the monte carlo and olds cutlass and they are awesome. Working on the duster a lil bit here and there and other than a few minor things..looks pretty good. Always when building a kit with seperate door panels...glue them together first thing. With small drops of super glue and put it in the body to see how it fits.

@Ron Hamiltin. Yes I agree. I bought that kit at a flea market. The body shell was missing but everything else was there. The chassis part looks good. Everything looks good. Would like to build one some day. And I cant afford resin. Dint even know there was a resin chevelle.
  7. In my opinion, the original lace type wheel would lood best. But if those wheels are what you whant, then yes..painted center would look best. Its just me but big chrome wheels on cars with no chrome whatever just doesn't look right.

  9. I was talking this stuff. One roll should last a lifetime.
  10. Those wire inside mouse cable is what I use for battery cables. Buy a roll of "wire wrapping wire" for sparkplug wire.

  13. I feel a lump in my thoat for about the last two months so I figured it was time to give up cigaraettes. Also, my head just feels wrong in the mornings. I am now on day 10. Getting so hard. They told me the first few days were the hardest but I thought were actually the easiest. For me, day six and on were beginning to get tough. Never knew how dangerous this product is until you try to stop.
  14. Will it still work if the circuit board beneath it is burnt?
  15. Small pictures but other than that..pretyy badass !!!
  16. Might be worth buying just for the body if its rust-free. Then sell the durango stuff, and buy a charger rolling chassis.
  17. To my eyes, the problems discovered by Eric Smith should present no problem to us whatever. Except for perhaps the front. But I always thought it looked tacky to have the make spelled out and would have grinded it all down. Looks good.
  18. Found this. Its a good reference for interior exterior colors for early chevelles. http://www.chevellestuff.net/1965/interiors/int_bucket.htm
  19. Worst carI have ever owned was 1982 Mustang. Terrible car.
  20. Does anybody here have dealings with bandit resins? I noticed they produce a plymouth scamp but I emailed the company in regards to being able to purchase the grille alone for my duster. No response.
  21. Looks badass
  22. What the symbology of the buick elephant?
  23. Tremendous dash. Very badass !!!
  24. Looks badass !!!! But if you buy it MWguy, I hope you have a spare smallblock. This is what is supposed to be an intake/heads. The firewall also has what looks like a glob of melted plastic that landed on it by accident. But it actually a molded in master cylinder.. Everything else about this kit looks decent.
