Need to know if anybody could recommend a good two part epoxy. One that comes with seperate tubes. I have a hard time getting equal amounts from the syringe type. Jeff

Yeah too gritty,,but that would be perfect for a cast alunimum intake or an undercoat for something rusty.

I deliver to a place that does autobody and this guy has many bottles of leftover water based paint. He let me pick one to take home. I liked this one. Its like a pale gold. A champagne color yes? I plan to use this on my next project. 1971 Duster from AMT. The painter told me I can thin it with distilled water if I need too, but only a little at a time. And, I can clear it with just about anything. Has anybody used this type of paint before? Jeff

Yeah. Candy apple red would be the prefect color for this. So badass. Cant wait to see more.

His paint work is badass !!! I find everything else to be too formulaic. Same chip foose embroidered seats, and the wheels all start to look the same after awhile. At least the cars from the TV program. Never seen any orginal works. But super nice talented man from most accounts. At any rate. I always wanted to buy this one, but haven't seen any at the swap meets. I will have to buy this.

Yes it is. I sliced off some of the motor mounts to lower it, but still wont close with the air cleaner on.

Gpugh1976. ok. The hood latch thing ..I will explain later. Its real simple. I will build one.The black I use is duplicolor semi-gloss enamel. Through my airbrush. One very light coat and them one heavier coat. I only tried that because it came in a huge can. But I am happy with it.The pins..not sure what type they are...I saw them at a place that does mending of clothing. The lady just gave me a bunch. So try there.

Yeah these things have improved standard of living . No argument there. But these things were not conceived, engineered, built and tested in space. They were built here on earth no? Many great things are have resulted from american army research, but the motivating factor is finding a easier way to kill people. The usefull things are merely a bonus. Can it even be calculated how much has been spent on sending rockets and telescopes into space and beyond? Tens of trillions perhaps. I read somewhere that the states of arizona, california and new mexico alone have the solor energy potential to fuel the entire united states of america. So close minded-ness in my opinion is take the easy way out and simply rape the earth and oceans for oil rather than spend the money to take advantage of the sun. Colonizing another planet would be cool, but not at the expense of not having a healthy planet to return to.

Spending billions of dollars to send a drone to a lifeless, un-inhabitable planet to see if there was life on it and if so why it isnt there anymore......brilliant !!!!!!
