I've used gel pens to paint whitewalls and have had good luck with them. if you're not sure if the one you have will work, experiment on a parts box tire.
Beautiful job, your 1/12 builds looks real. What do you have, a lifetime supply of Revell Vette kits? lol. I have just one kit and would love to build it to the caliber of yours.
Noooo! Really, I wish them well. I'll have to try and stock up on some items, especially their tires and wheels. Hopefully someone buys the business and continues offering their outstanding products.
It's an uncontrollable sickness, one detail leads to another to another to another....... I also wish sometimes I could just shake the box and use only what falls out, with just a little paint. That'll never happen. Lol
Great video, nothing sounds like the V10 and V12. Even the V8 screams. The turbo V6's sound anemic, they need to let them twin turbo the new cars. Then they would scream a little.
Good looking car, glad FIA made all the teams clean up the ugly noses on their cars. Can't wait for the season to start, I hope Mclaren/Honda is as good a combo as it was years ago.
i still have that model from when i was teen, its all there except the wheels and motor. Plan on rebuilding someday. My holy grail if I could find/afford it is a 71 Impala, my first car.
Lol. Sometimes I feel the same way. But really, I usually get carried away adding details and then I'll get impatient or bored and start something else. So it takes me a long time to finish a build. The guys in my club get a kick out of ribbing me about it.
