Oh back then I wasn't even remotely secure in who I was and yeah... I am glad I have returned, and a resin printer is on my wishlist. So many things now available that keeps my fire stoked hot for building.

This is making me wish I had never given up the hobby back in 1992... so many old builds here!! They are awesome! I have been back in the hobby for last 7-8 years though!

I don't sell what I build, I give them away as I build for enjoyment, and those here who sell, good on you! If I wasn't able to build, I would be a buyer. And a running trend I have saw here is, if it's enjoyable and you can make a buck or two, you got my support folks! Keep it up!! And I absolutely love the Hippie Bus!!

I will be out and about this weekend, gonna see what I can find. Most likely solid, if I can find a metallic, then I will go that way. I probably could get away with leaving it white and then clearing it.

Got the first coat of white paint on the suspension. Will do detail work as needed to give it pizazz. I will prime the wheels soon and then have to figure out the body color, leaning toward Maroon as it's one of the Pontiac colors I really like. I have part of the engine assembled and have to prime it and do detail work. Then more assembly and detail work.

I did a little detail work on the Skyline. I did the window trim, and I would say 5 out 10 on success, tomorrow I will post it. (First time I have actually done the trim usually it stays body color. So I am working on more detail.) I will clear the interior and then do my first go on dash decals. The Hudson is fully out of the bath, gonna give it a soap bath tomorrow and shoot to do primer Sat. If the grey lays right then white base coat, and then the Green I picked. If the grey doesn't play nice, bath again, and then black primer and very likely Blue or Red paint, maybe even Copper. Should have pics of the Skyline tomorrow.
