No, the only thing close for those years is the AMT 65 Olds Dynamic 88. You could mate the 65 Grand Prix roof to a 65 Olds body, but then you would have to modify the grille and taillights to make a Starfire/Jetstar.
I had a white 73 Pinto wagon with the brown interior for a while. US slot mags and fat tires. 2300CC engine from a 74. Cool little car. And it looked like the baby brother of my 72 Montego wagon, also white with brown interior.
I heard a tale that GM tried to buy the aluminum V8 tooling from Rover in the mid-70s. Rover declined to sell the tooling but offered to sell GM complete engines. GM declined this offer as they felt Rover's price was too high. Not sure if that was 100% true, but that's what I heard.
If you mean the custom version dash, there is a chrome insert that fits through the holes from behind, giving the gauges a sort of extended tubular effect. It is on the chrome tree, near the Corvette-style finned wheels.
Southern Motorsport Hobbies sells a pretty nice resin 79 Malibu 2-door. I have one, and it looks like a good fit on the Cutlass chassis. The other G-body chassis aren't even close. http://stores.smhracing.com/79-malibu/

LHS sold 60 of these kits in two days. Another LHS owner said he didn't understand why Revell is producing this kit, doesn't think anyone will buy it........
