  1. Hey Brian, yes, they fit the AMT tires and Revell tires as well but you would need to trim the rubber "lip" that's on the inside of the Revell tires. I made Five holes and ten holes in this size as well. I also made two, five and ten holes in 1/24 to fit the larger AMT tires, Italeri rubber tires, etc. You can see my other wheels here: www.public.fotki.com/lotso
  2. Hey guys, if any of you are thinking of putting two holes on the new Prostar kit, here's how my two holes that Jamie casts, look in the tires that will be in that kit. (Same tires as the Lonestar kit). If interested in them, contact me directly. bwicker@satx.rr.com Here's the smooth hub option for the two holes. The wheels can be had with acorn lug nut covers instead of the standard lug nuts (shown) as well.
  3. I thought I was seeing three spokes but wasn't sure. Thanks!
  4. It is but I'm pretty sure the ISX and Signature 600 are the same engine.
  5. I'm sure IH used other sleeper manufacturers as well but I think McLaughlin was the main company. They did make all the sizes you listed as well as a stand up 60" called the "McLaughlin Super Suite" I have a resin one listed right now that I mastered a couple years ago. It's designed to be used with the ERTL 4300 kit to make an Eagle Brougham. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-25-McLaughlin-Super-Suite-sleeper-/200813060814?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2ec16422ce
  6. On the older Internationals, all the sleepers were aftermarket. The sleeper in the ERTL IH 4300 kit is a McLaughlin Li'l Honey. I'd have to look at the GMC General/ Chevy Bison sleeper but it may be made by McLaughlin as well.
  7. LOL, that's exactly what I was going to do today with my 12 year old son! LOL
  8. If you open that chrome, can you please post another pic. It's hard to tell exactly how the wheels look through the bag.
  9. I hope it's an all new kit and not just the current Firebird kit with new wheels and tires.
  10. Glad to hear everyone made it! I bet TJ's girlfriend feels terrible.
  11. So, you don't have to show that you can still drive safely.........and we're supposed to feel better now?
  12. Soooooooooooo, does anyone remember how much the Gremlin kit was priced at, at Hobby Lobby????? I don't see it on their website.
  13. Does anyone remember how much the Gremlin kit was priced?
  14. Beautimus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I agree that the frame and running gear/wheels on the IMC/Testors and most recently by Lindberg, flatbed are junk but for the bed portion, I believe this kit would be the best choice as the bed height is very low and the beds have internal stake pockets rather than an exterior rub rail which when not added to the AMT flatbed kit, minimizes the overall width of the trailer. Also, both bed sections in the IMC/Testors/Lindberg flatbed kit are identical as you can see in the following pics. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1960s-IMC-HEAVY-DUTY-FLAT-BED-TRAILER-TRUCK-MODEL-KIT-1-25-scale-/190710321888?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c673892e0 http://www.ebay.com/...=item4abb3278f2
  16. Nobody makes a "kit" of hay flats but the best kit to make some from would be the old IMC/Testors flatbed for the trailers themselves. The trailer bed in that kit is comprised of two short flatbeds so no cutting of the beds would be needed. I would get the running gear and wheels aftermarket though as they're not that great in that kit.
  17. Looking at the picture of the reissue, the chrome tree has been completely rearranged! I wonder why they did that?????
  18. Here's a couple pics showing the chrome from an original Badman kit. It's one of the kits that I robbed the 200S wheel from. Here you can see that the remaining rear wheel is a regular Crager type five spoke rather than a 200S . I always wondered why Monogram did that???
  19. I wonder if the reissue is still going to have the two different rear wheels? There was a 200s on one side and I think it was a Cragar five spoke on the other side. I rember this because back in the eighties, this was the only kit that had a 200S wheelin it. My buddy had those wheels on his real 67 Vette and wanted a model built of it. We had to buy four kits to get the wheels.
  20. Aurora never had any 1/25 truck or trailer kits! How in the world did he come up with that in his description????????? I was actually thinking of buying this auction but after seeing their negative feedback and the misinforming description, I think I'll pass. Not worth it just to save a few bucks.
  21. Any updates on this Jeff? I've been watching the website for it but nothing yet? I'd really like to see the bumper you cast for it as well.
  22. I think it's sad that we lost him but I bet he died a happy man. Can you imagine what it felt like to be him.
  23. They make adhesives specifically for vinyl. I seem to remember that the glue in a water bed repair kit would work really well for gluing vinyl tires.
